Description of Work: He arrived at our house around 5:45. He started to put the clothes line rack together, but informed me that the job that we requested could not be completed due to another kit was need to attach it to the outside wall. He said the other alternative was to bolt the rack to the porch, however he did not have the hardware with him to complete that type of job. He gave the impression that he didn't want to do the job.

Description of Work: We had a leaking sink, inherited from the previous owner. Mike came by within 24 hours of contacting him, and attempted to fix the leak the cheapest and simple way possible. After unsuccessfully fixing the sink he stated that he would think it through and come back in the morning after figuring out a way to fix it! He came back the very next morning and completely fixed the drain within an hour! After almost a year of having a leaky sink and (bad odor associated with the sitting water) - we were very impressed with his work and responsiveness.

Description of Work: I called Mike after acquiring the 2 hours of handyman work and he answered my call. I let him know what was needed and we set up a date. He came on time with his assistants and I showed him the water damage in the ceiling in the living room from a leak from the bathroom just above upstairs. He had bought some materials totaling $14 in addition to the $59 for the 2 hours. He checked the leak from the toilet and tightened the bolts and replaced the sheetrock in the 4 x4 piece of the ceiling and spackled and primed the ceiling.I was very pleased with his professionalism and being on time and getting the job done when he said he would. I would recommend his services to everyone and I will be using him again.
