Description of Work: we had a pipe burst and used this company to repair the pipe. this past weekend the pipe burst again, flooding the house again. i am beyond frustrated. i can not testify for other services, but please note that any plumbing they provide is not being provided for by licensed plumber.

Description of Work: I purchased an Angie's List special for 4 hours of bathroom caulking. They re-caulked tile area surrounding tub and repaired and replaced caulking around double vanity. I was pleased with their responsiveness and the workman's efficiency and cooperation. It was a good price for a job well done.

Description of Work: Everything went very smoothly! They caulked and grouted my tub and shower stall and both look brand new. The tiles were shined up and they even brought a problem to my attention. It could not have been a better experience with this company!

Description of Work: The Designing Renovations workman removed the old caulk and the mildew from around the tub and did a great job removing stains from wall, grout and tub. In addition to making the bathroom look clean and neat, his re-grouting job stopped water from leaking down the wall into the living room area.

Description of Work: I had my granite counter top caulked, I bought the wrong color, Brian went out and purchased the correct type. I had my grout repaired in bathroom and the floor in bathroom caulked. The floor caulking turned out to be the wrong color, but I had approved of it after the job was done. I called about the color and Brian came back a few days later, took it out and re-did the whole job in another color. His workmanship was A+.

Description of Work: They 'repaired my basement window', repaired and painted the living room where water damage and cracks were forming and sealed the flashing around the chimney. One of the people the owner sent out was terrible. The one who worked downstairs on the window made more of a mess than it was before - lumpy spackling, etc. The one upstairs was ok.They stayed just 1/2 a day. The owner called to see how it went and I was honest. He came out to fix the window, but just spackled it and I had to do the painting. He was ok but the man who worked on the window should be trained better or should not be working with him.
