Description of Work: Didn't bother to schedule me correctly, was supposed to be here at 9 am, so since Mike didn't bother to be professional enough to schedule me they showed up at 4 pm, with attitude and we're not able to do the job, what a huge waste of time, I wouldn't hire them to clean a spill. One of the worst experiences in my 30 plus years of being a homeowner.

Description of Work: I had to contact them initially, the day before the work was scheduled, to confirm our appointment and then they told me that they did not have me on their schedule for the following day. Then when I contacted the day of, they told me that one of their workers wasn't available that day. It was a horrible first impression and I decided not to have work done with them.

Description of Work: Grout and tile repair in bathroom. This was a learning experience for me when dealing with a special time specific service offer. The task you want completed must be defined, and a price stated. This contractor tackled more than what could be completed in the 2 hour defined job. This forced me to accept a splotchy job or pay for another hour of service to have a smooth finished appearance. This contractor did good work, took a great deal of pride in his work, but I had an unplanned additional expense. I am pleased with results, but I am a wiser consumer.

Description of Work: My husband was in contact with Designing Renovations. They did a terrific job on recaulking our sad old tub, and it looks 100% better. If I recall, the man who came stayed until it was done (for which we may have paid an additional fee), and it was so worth it to me!
