He did not fully complete one. He left without the grout being well cleaned on all the tiles. Thus requiring many extra hours of work by us as there was considerable dried grout on the tiles that needed to be scraped and removed.

The contractor was punctual and gave clear information on the process. the work was excellent- some really ugly parts of our shower (including broken tiles) were transformed - it almost looks like a new shower!

It took one person (Bob) 4 hours to complete the task, including purchasing materials from a store which is about 3 miles away from my house. The task was completed pretty well and we are happy about the outcome. The only issue is that Bob is 1 hour late and we didn't get any notice from him or Mike other than just waiting for him to show up. I had to call Mike twice to ask the where about of Bob and when he is going to show up.

I may not have been clear when I requested a contractor through the concierge service of Angie's List. When I said "Mount TV," I assumed that running the wires through the wall would be included. This is on me. The vendor mounted the TV on the wall - and did an EXCELLENT job of this - but wanted to have an electrician come out to run the wires down to the electrical box. My one qualm is that the contractor provided a quote for future service, and stated his labor rate was $45 per hour. I paid $75 per hour for this coupon. That aside, the contractor was very friendly and professional. He was very thorough with his work, and I want to again stress that he did a great job. I would use him again at the lower rate of service.

Unacceptable and rude behavior when called to schedule. Do not trust to enter home.

Went very well. I'm very pleased with the work. I can't affort an update to my bathrooms at this time, but the caulking makes a big difference.

Mike at Designing Renovations was very honest and told me he could not perfom the work necessary as he was not a licensed Pergo installer and it would void the warranty. I appreciated his honesty and will call on him in the future for other work I may need as a result.

Those guys were great and they were awesome. I didn't have any problems with them. They were great and it was a great experience. They were very timely. It was perfectly within what I was looking for. They're fairly prompt; they were in and out and they were there within the time frame. I think the price was worth it. Everything I had them do, they were confident. They were very punctual. Their regular hourly rate were a little bit higher than I would have normally done, the discount price was great for me but when I inquired the guys about their normal rate, it was a little bit higher so technically I wouldn't use them, I would deal with someone cheaper for the types of activities for the day.

It went very well, faster than I expected.

A man answered the phone when I called to schedule the appointment and told me to call back later because he was driving and wouldn't remember the number along with the 20 other people who will be calling him to schedule in the next 10 minutes. He stated he was in the car and then cursed at me when he missed his turn. He was extremely rude, unprofessional and clearly not appreciative of the people who buy his service. I would NEVER allow this unpredicatble person in my home. If you don't want people to call and schedule appointments then don't answer your phone if your not prepared. And by the way - it is illegal to talk on the phone in Maryland. I'm requesting a full refund from Angie's List.

He was very courteous and focused on the job. Both fans were installed very well.

The solo representative of the company arrived on time and proceded to eliminate the loose grout surrounding the offending tiles in the diningroom area and restore the floor areas in need of repair with new grout which we provided. He worked efficiently and cleaned the area to the best of his ability within the timeframe alloted. We were impressed with both his personable and professional approach to the project! $149/4 hours.

Did a fabulous job with the grout and cleaned up afterwards. Did an ok job with the caulking.

I was in immediate need of someone to fix my garage doors for a home inspection and called several companies to no avail. Mike answered when I called Designing Renovations and asked where I lived. Upon hearing my address, he said he was not far and would come and look. He came within ten minutes. He then went to Home Depot and purchased the correct product and removed what was there, then installed the new weather stripping. Within less than an hour, the whole thing was completely finished. What a nice, fair, professional, person. He said I just called from the right place at the right time, but I have a feeling he is always a good guy.

It was okay. The grout looks beautiful but, there is grout on my hand held shower. I still have grout to clean up. I am assuming that it will come off. They were wonderful. The young man that came out was clean, on time and worked hard. They were supposed to install grab bars, which they did not do. I would use them again.

Mike and Heather were awesome. Hard working, honest people that want to please their customer. I would hesitate to recommend Designing Renovations.

It was fine. They were punctual. They were neat. They did not leave the area dirty. They did what I needed done. I would recommend using them because they did the job well and most importantly, they were neat and clean. The one thing they could do to improve is that they could have went over it with me, although I went over and checked it myself when they were done. The price was reasonable. It looks good but the quality comes with time, whether or not it holds up.

The painting was both exterior and interior. It took them until October to get the windows right. The handyman stuff, they were great. The window repair was a mess. The people were friendly and the competence was average. The price was good. The stuff that they did was good. I had to get an attorney to get him to come out and get the windows finalized. They were professional. I would not use them again.

Everything went great. They went a little beyond. They did all the caulking and the grout around our tub too.

The service provider was very friendly, informative, and worked hard and efficiently.

There are at least 8 chips in our bathroom tile and at least 3 deep cuts. I'm very upset about the damages he caused.

Very good about contacting me, showed up exactly on time, worked hard and efficiently - a couple areas could have been a tiny bit neater, but given the amount of work John accomplished I was quite pleased with the results.

The young man who came out did a fine job. Very professional and polite.
