provider was on time, and completed the work to my satisfaction

I was not able to have the services completed because the provider advised me there was a limit of one deal used per household/residence. I have a lot of work that needs to be done and two hours wouldnt have been enough. He was very polite, helpful, understanding and friendly.

Service provider was not available in a timely manner. Had to use someone else and never redeemed the deal.

I bought the deal and the provider contacted me in a timely manner. After speaking with the provider, I changed my mind and decided to do the work myself.

As it goes, the one business card with all the info needed is missing. Price was right, and I think it was Bob, did an outstanding job installing the new vent, but more important, you can't tell were the old hole was. A super job on matching the stucco on the wall both inside and out.

This was a great experience. Renewed my faith in contractors. Mike is very easy to work with and even volunteered to do some work that was not part of the original plan but there was time left in my 8 hours I had purchased. Looking to do the job right, not just do the minimum to get the job done. Ask for Heidi, she is an extremenly hard worker and does a great job. Very attentive to every detail.

Contractor could not make original appt. But, they were able to reschedule 3days later. Worked 30 minutes over without charging. Recommend making appt for morning to avoid having to reschedule.

Mike contacted us quickly to coordinate a date for the installation. He was prompt and completed the installation efficiently and without issue. Mike is very capable and knowledgeable. We are extremely pleased with the outcome and would recommend Mike without hesitation. We will definitely use him for future services.

It was a little rocky at 1st. It took them almost 2 hours to go get the materials and come back. (Charging by the hour by the way). Apt was at 8. They were a little lost so I gave them directions. They got to my place after 8 and I told them where I wanted it to go. They went to pick up the materials. Meanwhile I had a handyman come in for two hours to do work for me and he was almost done when they returned with the materials. The job was good, although I thought they were a tad bit slow. They were very friendly and profressional. The work went from after 8 when they got there and they left aroound 5pm.

Smooth. They re-caulked a shower that was actually leaking through a seem and removed old caulk around a tub surround and replaced it with new cauls.

Mike, the owner, came and did all the work himself. Nice guy, very professional, and did all the work himself. I have used hime again to regrout the shower, which also went well.

Definitely worth the price. They were punctual and did a great job. Cleaned up afterwards.

we used this company to repair a burst pipe. this past weekend the pipe burst again, causing flooding and even more severe. i was initally led to believe that this repair was being done by a professional. note, this is a note a company to use for ANY PLUMBING services. I am beyond furstrated and upset.

Two people from Designing Renovations worked tirelessly with us for seven hours to get the work done. We were impressed by the work ethic, good humor, and tireless efforts as they helped us with this monumental task. They were experienced at the work, not put off by the fact that it was very hard work, and they also were very handy and knowledgeable about the process. The company was able to get us a dumpster at a good price at the last minute, which we really appreciated.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and the quality was pretty good. My husband took care of this project. We were well pleased with that. They did a good job with the caulking and were prompt. I think they were here earlier than the said the would be on the day of the appointment. It did not take them too long to come out after my husband scheduled the appointment. It was good that he was prompt and, from what I have seen, it has held up well.

The provider was very thorough in his explanation of what was being tested, and how it would be done. The testing results were then sent to a lab and provided me with documentation of the type and quantity of mold presented. These results were then compared to a sample taken outside the apartment's window for reference.

Mike was excellent; he came early, had all the tools and parts needed, and installed the piece of trim I needed very promptly. He was friendly and professional. I'd definitely hire him again.

2 men arrived for 2 hours of work for $75 Workmanship was excellent and they finished all 3 jobs within 2 hours

Mike Liebman, Designing Renovations, arrived promptly with his assistant and installed the fixtures within the 2 hour allotted time period. Promptly returned phone call and set appointment. On evening of appointment, he called to tell me he was on his way and he showed up on time. He was prepared for the many different jobs I wanted done and had the tools to complete the jobs. He was professional and did a wonderful job.

The brackets for wire shelves had broken after many years. The old brackets were no longer manufactured so he installed new brackets that were no longer to specification. He made them work though. He repositioned an unsafe grab bar. WE decided to put it on an angle but didn't consider grabbing it from the other direction. So it works great entering from one direction and only ok from the other direction. However while he made the suggestion I agreed so I would not fault him for it and the reason I bring it up is to demonstrate that he offers recommendations for our benefit. It was a reasonable suggestion given common installations of grab bars. Our circumstances are unique and he was sensitive to the situation. I would hire him again. It went great. Very nice; friendly, professional, and resourceful. I recommend having more things on your list of to-do's than you think he can complete. He works fast.

Mike sent two guys over and they were on time. They installed three shelves in our garage and a bidet. When my husband went to test out the bidet, it started leaking water. I assumed installing a bidet was considered "minor plumbing" but I guess it's more complicated than expected. Mike was willing to send his guy over the following morning but since he wasn't a licensed plumber and it's a brand new home, we decided to call the bidet company instead to get it properly installed. All in all, it was a good experience and I would use them again.

Everything went well. Mike was running a little late for the appointment, but was courteous and called to let me know that he might be a little late arriving. Once he reached my home, he and his helper (Heidi) got right to work. Mike worked on installing the window well cover, while Heidi worked on the drapery hardware. Heidi encountered a problem driving the screws into the window frame, and asked Mike to assist. Mike suggested that the screws be driven directly into the wall, as apposed to the window frame. I agreed with his recommendation. All tasks that I requested were completed. They both were good about cleaning up after each installation. Mike and Heidi are good people, and I enjoyed talking to them. I will likely hire Designing Renovations again in the future.

When I spoke to these folks over the phone and explained the problem, they agreed to come out that very day. When they arrived and actually saw the problem, they advised me that this was really a warranty issue with Andersen Doors and I should contact them. The gentleman from Designing Renovations was extremely polite and up front with me. I really appreciated that.
