Everything was set up through the office. I outlined the work to be done.On the day, the contractor and the job foreman arrived at 8AM. The foreman reviewed the job. The contractor followed me to Home Depot and I purchased the supplies and he transported them back to the house. A standard fee of $25.00 was added on for this service.The contractor had most of the tools, and a courier brought what was otherwise needed.He did a good job, and the foreman returned at the end of the day to review the work. Now my plant shade house has 20 more years to go!

After meeting with the owner, we resolved any issues we had.

It was good. They did a good job. Not amazing but good.

They were not able to do the job and are not licensed. They told us to request a refund from Angie's List.

I had first contact with IBC through Erik, he came out the next day to answer some questions I had about the Angie's deal and to quote some additional work for the floor and shower. He was prompt, polite and turned around the estimate in no time. I asked Erik if it was possible to change the tile and add a tile edge and he was more than accommodating with such requests. Once the work started I was assigned John as the handy man for the project and I could only say good things about him. He was on time every day and make sure to notify us of any schedule change or delay. He is experienced, knows what is doing and takes pride in his craft. The project supervisor is a really nice guy as well, he answered a couple of the questions that I had about permits and seemed to be very knowledgeable. I was able to be present in the work site a couple of the days as the work was being performed and I am more than happy with what they have done so far in the shower. He went the extra mile to make sure the job is done right and that the I was satisfied with it. There were some furry strips they had to tear down to make sure the durock would hold and the wall would be stronger. This is just a small example that I can recall about him going for a quality job instead of it just getting it done. The job has not completed yet, but I couldn't wait to share the great experience I have had so far and how elated I am as to how things are going. I'll post the rest of the details later when the job finishes along with some pictures.

They were really responsive, and resonable. I really like them alot. I would recommend them.

The workers were professional and friendly, but the job took longer than anticipated. There were some unexpected additional charges, but then we probably didn't read the contract carefully enough. Everyone with whom we dealt was pleasant including Michelle, Ozzie and John and Jose. We would use them again.

Both proposals were to high, requested a refund.

They were excellent when I spoke with them and very professional. I did end up requesting a refund for the deal due to extra costs.

The service went well. I had them build a picture wall with crown molding. They also mounted house numbers on the front of the house. He attempted to mount a sign on the pool deck but was not able to complete that. One technician came out for the job. He did not have 1 tool for the job but his supervisor was able to come out with the tool for him. He completed the job in about 5 hours. He was professional and gave some good suggestions for the sign he could not hang up. I was able to get the sign up myself from his suggestions.

Everyone at IBC was so professional. They came to see the job the next day. The estimate was thorough and the price was competitive. They were on time and responsive. The work was very good and the crew that did the job was experienced & knowledgeable.

They came out to do the estimate of the work and informed us that due to the way the existing tile was installed it would be very labor intensive and have extra costs to remove it. So we decided to keep the existing tile and have requested a refund from Angie's List.

They came out today to look at what work I needed done. He found out that I needed a lot more work done then what the deal covered. He was delightful, he took the time to explain what he was talking about. He was top notch. I will be looking into this and most likely I will contact them about this. In the next few days they are sending me an outline on what needs to be done.

The workers were a little late but if that's not a deal breaker like it wasn't for me, I think you will be happy with them. They are very knowledgeable and friendly. They gave my some great tips that helped save me money and I was very happy with the outcome. IBC sent out a project manager and a supervisor to check out the work to be done before and came when it was almost time to be completed to make sure everything was going well. Frank really worked hard all day and got almost everything on my list done. The things that were not done were because I purchased the wrong items. Overall I was very happy with the deal I got and can't wait for the next one. I will definitely call IBT again.

Found through Angie's List Big Deal. Prompt, courteous and professional service. A scheduler set the appointment and confirm it twice. Project manager and the contractor came out to look at the job, and contract stayed and completed all tasks in the allotted time. Excellent communication. Very satisfied with quality of work. I highly recommend this provider.

Wow, imagine my shock when asked when I wanted the service and they said they would be there the next day. Pinch me am I still in South Florida? At any rate we scheduled a 9 am service and Geldon showed up on time and ready to work. Other than needing to take 2 trips to Home Depot for additional parts, everything went just as promised. Erik the supervisor even showed up to see how things were going. Professional, prompt, great follow up and did the work promised in the time promised. Office staff was top notch as well. Will definitely be doing business with these folks again.

Workman was late arriving, but he did call to say he had car trouble. They dispatched a supervisor who arrived and walked the job and prepared notes for workman. Upon arrival, workman went straight to work and supervisor left site. Workman then left to go buy the necessary wood for the fascia work. Once he returned, and had lunch. He felt he couldn't handle the 10 lengths of wood alone, so two more guys came 45 minutes later. They started painting the fascia board. Workman again had to leave and for 30 minutes the two workmen sat around with nothing to do. Workman returned. Workman finds cross-members and hangs hooks in garage. workmen left. Supervisor shows up and walks around job. Workman removes old fascia and prepares for new wood. Paint wasn't dry, couldn't put up on first day. Next day, workman arrives and sets about finalizing fascia. not enough painted board. Paints additional lumber. about 3 pm, workman hurts back, can't climb ladder. Will be back Monday 7:30. Monday, get phone call running late be there at 8:30....arrives at 9am. Gutter people coming at 10 am, front has to be finished. Supervisor stops by. Completes job and cleans up. All in all a good job, but told supervisor the time management was awful. I thought they were going to measure, get supplies and the show up on the clock. Also, two lunches were on the clock. Once I questioned the sequence, supervisor made an adjustment to my satisfaction. Would use again, but with a different sequence of time management, since it is based on time that we are billed.

The workers showed up on time (such a pleasant surprise). They assessed the work that needed to be done and informed me of exactly what they were going to do. They worked diligently without disrupting my daily activities. When the worked was completed, I enjoyed not having to spend time cleaning up after them. The work done certainly showed that they care about the customer and their job.

I contacted IBC Construction and requested an estimate of my home for interior and exterior painting. They responded immediately and were very professional, in addition to providing me with the best price. I had already received 2 other estimates and they beat both of them. The work performed was executed as promised with no delays. The workers were very professional and extremely NEAT and CLEAN. They did such a great job that I asked them for an estimate for installing some electrical fixtures-light fixtures, ceiling fans, new electronic thermostat for my ac,and installing my flat screen TV's on the wall of my home. Again, their pricing was fair and competitive, so I agreed to let them. And again, another great job!! Work was done when they promised it, clean, and professional. After they completed all the above, I agreed to have them install ceramic flooring in my home for all of the same reasons I previously mentioned. I have now contracted them to remodel my kitchen and bathrooms, and install pavers on my patio because of the great work they do. My wife is extremely happy, and so am I!! I would highly recommend IBC Construction to anyone looking to improve their home.

I always do my research before choosing a company to work with and after getting many estimates, we were so happy to find David! He sent someone over and worked on our home renovations that we requested immediately. His crew even showed up 30 minutes earlier than their scheduled time! He doesn't push you to do anything and is honest on what needs to be done and what doesn't - something that saved us almost $9000 that we didn't have in the first place for work that we didn't actually need! The staff is extremely friendly and always catered to our needs and were extremely informative. His prices are fair and more than that, he takes responsibility for his work. I also like that it is his company, so you know exactly who you are dealing with. Highly recommended, we'll be sure to use him in the future!
