Although the project ran longer than initially anticipated due to weather and other factors, i thought Joe was incredibly responsive and flexible and always focused on making sure I as the customer was satisfied. I was impressed with his commitment to customer service and would high recommend him.

We were very pleased with the entire process and overall outcome of the project. Joe the owner came to our home, and explained the process and gave us the estimate. He was honest, and friendly and told us what we could and could not accomplish. Natasha is a dream, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We called her numerous times with questions and she was always able to give us an answer. Once the work began, Miguel and his team did an awesome job. They built us a bench, installed the tile, and help us place the turtles. We would definitely hire them again. Thanks for everything, Bill Bryant

Excellent. The team was prompt, courteous and knew what they were doing. We wanted the pool deck in a French pattern without coping and they did it perfectly. Alex and his team are exceptional. Discount Pool and Patio was not the lowest bid, but their work, knowledge, skill, experience and honesty set them apart and they are absolutely worth a little bit extra. The owner Joe is a laser when it comes to customer focus and makes sure everything is done as planned. Also, thanks to Natasha for helping us through the process. Definite A+ rating for this group.

Extremely professional company to deal with regarding all facets of obtaining a quotation... from emailing them to set up an appointment/consultation to reminders for my appointment sent via text message to the consultation in order to give me a quotation. Joe gave me several options, from a cheaper option with coping overlay and pavers, to a slightly more expensive option using travertine pavers and travertine coping overlay. He was very honest and professional in his opinions regarding different options and gave me his reasons why and when questioned on certain issues, he could clearly and consisely explain his reasons why to me. We are currently considering our options (as I only received his quotation today), however I would have no issues to use his company should we go ahead with the work. Reading between the lines without having used his companies service yet...I think that there is probably a very good simple reason why his company has so many good reviews... he does what he says he will do, takes pride in what he and his company do and seems honest, which can be hard to find in South Florida!

Company is great. So here is the info that makes me, who often will not write review, do so this time. This is a top notch, first class business. I was looking for a heater for while and wanted to make sure I didn’t just buy a used one or buy one that some company had on say and listed as reconditioned. The phone is usually answered by Natasha. She’s super nice and super easy to work with. She knows what she is talking about and will make you feel safe and confident as the team works through the process. Joe is the best. He gets it !!! Knows the pool business and knows how to be honest and real with you. Not in it to rip you off. The job went well. They worked with us to find the right heater for our needs. The electrician came to survey the job, and then did the installation within a week. They cleaned up after themselves and made the coordination of payment very simple.

Couldnt have gone better -Called on Monday, equipment delivered on Wednesday, installed on Thursday just as promised.Joe, the owner, his office staff couldn't have been more helpful. We were extremely happy with the work performed by Discount Pool and Patio. The pool and patio look beautiful. At the time of our initial contact with the owner, Joe Wise, at our home, he provided my wife and I with a very competitive written proposal and explained all of our options. Upon deciding to use Discount Pool and Patio, we met Natasha at the showroom where she was very helpful, and knowledgeable, during the process of choosing the right pool tile and the pattern for the Travertine stone. Once the job was started, Natasha kept us informed throughout the entire process, and the work was performed and completed as scheduled. Any concerns or questions which arose doing the process were quickly addressed by either Natasha or Joe. We would definitely recommend Discount Pool and Patio to our friends or family members.

No problems, the work was slowed down by rain. I would use them again, and I have told 2other people who will be using them.

The job was completed satisfactorily and my pool looks good. There were a few minor annoyances/problems in the process that I thought could have been handled better. Work was scheduled to being the week of June 12th, however, I was not even contacted by the contractor ( Rick ) until Sunday, June 18th at 5 pm. Rick came to my home about an hour later that evening to plug in a water pump and hose to drain my pool, however, his hose was too short to reach the outside drain outside in the front of my home. Rick had to come back the next day. Not a big problem but a waste of time as it should have been recognized what was needed during the proposal process and communicated appropriately to Rick when the job was accepted and assigned. Additionally, I had to inform Rick that the hose came off the pump during the draining process to have it reinstalled, and I also had to inquire about unplugging the electric pump as it was left running for many hours after the pool was emptied which was a waste of electricity. Once the pool was refinished, my pool light did not work. Apparently, it was not checked by Rick's crew after the job was completed. I ended up buying a new light fixture anyways as mine was rather old and needing replacement, nevertheless, I know it was working prior to the beginning of work and should have been checked by the contractor as part of their quality control process. Additionally, the safety cover on the side vacuum port was removed and never replaced. I had to call several weeks later when I noticed it was missing. During the chemical rebalancing part of the project, I had to call the office to have salt delivered for my auto chlorination system as Natasha in the office admitted that she was unaware that I had such a system. All of these issues were resolved satisfactorily once they became known, but I feel like I had to oversee every step of the project. I would have felt better if there were an onsite "project manager" or someone coming by for a quality review of things to check on the work that Rick and his crew performed. Ideally, and in my opinion that should be the owner Joe (who bid on and sold the project to me) or someone working directly for Joe in a quality review / project manager type position double checking on the work being performed. In the scheme of things, the above issues were relatively minor and were responded to satisfactorily and resolved by Discount Pool and Patio. I found both Joe and Natasha very personable and responsive once an issue was reported to them. Discount Pool & Patio offers a good value for the work performed, but a few improvements could be made on project oversight and communication.

The team always was in time and they cleaned everything after them.

We needed a pool heater quickly as ours had burned out. Joe was great in getting us a quote and arranging the install quickly and professionally. I believe we got great value in the product and his service. Everything was completed efficiently and they also had good follow up to make sure all was working properly. Would absolutely use them again if necessary.

Joe is a trusted source and does what he say he will do. The biggest thing is choosing the right resource and I'm glad I chose Joe. I've heard nightmare stories about other companies.

Discount Pools actually showed up a bit early to give me a quote to avoid canceling due to rain. I found Joe ( the owner) to be friendly, descriptive as to what needed to be done and gave me a very fair price for the work to be done. I went ahead with this company and the job was completed sooner than expected, looks very good and the worker cleaned up very well after completion. I am very pleased with this company, would highly recommend them and will use them again if needed.

I am a very meticulous and anal person and rarely do I give five stars in every category. However, we found Mr. Wise and his staff not only to be extremely professional, but also fair and reasonable from the pricing to the final installation. After receiving the initial quote, I also met with their chief installer Alex on two separate occasions who meticulously laid out a perfect installation plan. After going to their showroom and then to the actual warehouse to pick out the pallets of stone, I received the materials within two days and the installation was done the following day. Mr. Alex then came to the site and went over every facet to ensure that the job was done completely and accurately to my satisfaction. I feel the company and their staff did an exceptional job and I would definitely recommend them without hesitation.

Joe was very fair with pricing. They went over each step in the process and how long it would take. The schedule was met. They kept the work site clean. There was frequent follow-up on how I felt with the progress. Overall very satisfied.

Really simple procedure for us, they knew exactly what we needed and gave us a price and timeline on the spot. Their installer came in a few days later, we asked for a weekday delivery when the pool isnt used as much. I was impressed with how clean he left our equipment area, he took all the old stuff away and labeled the valves for us. The price must have been good because our board agreed on it right away.

Discount Pool was the most professional service company I have dealt with. I have a large patio and long driveway; all of his staff, Joe, Natasha - all were helpful and made the process easy for me. I would highly recommend his company.
