Description of Work: They perform semi annual inspection of our 4 ton air conditioning system. We have used them for over 25 years and will continue to do so in the future! Because of them we have replaced our entire system 2 times BEFORE it broke down! Not a cheap result but we also never want or have to experience the extreme Florida heat/humidity!

Description of Work: I made an appointment to have my drier changed because I had been told in a previous call that it was rusting and needed to be changed. I though a noise I had heard was related to low refrigerant so I called to have it changed before the system completely failed. The technician was several hours late and then said he didn't have time to change the drier. He also said that the drier wasn't really bad enough to change, but I should paint it or have it replaced before it failed. He checked my system and said it seemed only very slightly low on refrigerant. The noise was not evident at the time. | |Turns out that wasn't the problem after all, my blower motor was going bad, so I guess I didn't need the drier changed after all. I found the part online and repaired the blower motor myself. | |I guessed at the date and cost because I don't have those records handy.
