They don’t do the necessary repairs during the checkup; the repairs are extra. Their service is excellent. They have one employee named Anthony Franco and his motivation is to sell you things. He wears all kind of stuff on his sleeve like a badge of honor to tell you how good he is. He has been out here twice and once he told me that a $300 electronic air filter unit was put in backwards and it was of no good. After he left I opened it and looked at it. I used to be an electrician and I discovered that he had turned the contacts on the filter cartridges backwards. I turned them around and the system has been working great ever since. The last time he really tried hard to sell me a whole new air conditioning unit for more than $6000. He was pushing so hard that he called his own office and asked them to set up an appointment for the next morning to have somebody come and give an estimate. So he is really pushy and I would not recommend him. He told me that the frame that holds the cooling in the furnace and cools the air is rusted and falling in. It has only been there seven years and it would last longer. I have had air conditioners that have lasted 20 years. I watched him when he took it apart. It was interesting to watch someone deliberately scam you when you have been an electrician yourself for many years. He told me that it rusted because of the difference between the two metals that were used. I know that it takes a lot of years for it to rust with water running over it. The rest of the company was reliable and everybody else has been helpful and nice. They have done anything extra that they could and explained things to me. They have just been a good company. They are fast and provide 24-hour service. Their price is not outrageous and it is fair. Everybody who has worked on the system has contributed pretty well to it except for him. Their quality of work was above average.

They are pretty up front with their charges and explanations.

They installed our air-conditioner a few years ago. We are under annual contract with them. I am very pleased with their service. They are punctual and keep the system running well. We have them regularly on a 6 month basis. However, if we do need them on an emergency basis we can call them 24 hours 7 days a week. They are very punctual. It doesn't take them all that long to get out here even on a holiday weekend. They are very pleasant. We pay for the contract on a monthly basis.

Have called 2 other companies to see what is really wrong with the system and will be asking for refund from Service Experts.

The first time the person who came he sold me UV light which I never needed for $1200, and I never saw that guy again. They always tried to sell something to me, and the last time a person came there was something missing from my garage. That was it and decided not to go with them. I would not recommend them at all.

Two technicians replaced everything and had it all up and running in one day. Checked and sealed the ductwork around all the vents. Cleaned up the mess - very professional.

They install a particular brand of air conditioning units. I haven?t compared their prices with that of other companies. When they came out last, they did very a good job. They did quality work. They were very responsive. I say this because they put in a temporary portable air conditioning unit, until they delivered the main unit. They got the main unit in a couple of days. I?ll use them again in the future.

Nothing was accomplished. I even confirmed my appt the week before.

We have no complaints. They call an hour in advance and confirm they are coming over. Their experts are wonderful, professional and really know what their doing. I was very happy with them.

Home A/C unit operational but no cooling. Called Service Experts company and my name and number were taken. Within one hour, a local tech called. I advised no cooling, everything else operational. Tech suggested he replace capacitor and would call right back if he had one on his truck. Tech called back saying he had capacitor and the cost was $111.00, do I want him to install it. I said yes. Tech arrived within one hour, replaced capacitor, compressor operational again, system now cooling. I found out later the capacitor that was replaced would cost me $8.00 at a supply store. I can understand building profit into installed parts but $103.00 profit on an $8.00 part is excessive.

Service Experts did an annual service on our A/C & gave us an estimate on duct cleaning. They were late, but performed the maintenance. The estimate for duct cleaning was very high and they did not make any recommendations on the system. Another company cleaned the ducts and told us the condenser was leaking water. Called Service Experts back out. It took repeated calls to get them here. They looked at the system & said that the condenser coils were very dirty and should be cleaned, and suggested replacing the system. They had only vacuumed the surface of the coils as part of maintenance, but they should have caught the problem the first time - the condenser was leaking like a sieve! We had used the Orlando office before & highly recommend them, even though they charge more than other services. We know Service Experts does good work, but their Longwood office just does not provide the level of service we've come to expect. They've lost a long-time customer.

Darren was polite and professional and very informative. He answered all questions I had about system. He even put covers on his shoes so he didn't bring in grass or dirt. He even put up with my dog who is very protective and watchful. I was very pleased with the service.

The estimate was $1500 over other estimates that I had received. They told me I needed a bigger unit, which other companies are not saying. I just do not trust this company.

Greg the technician was courteous, informative and professional. He diagnosed the problem as a faulty compressor right off, and there was no issue with providing us with another new compressor under warrantee, at no cost to us. While we did consider upgrading to a more efficient and more expensive unit, Mr. John Powell in their Melbourne office explained that they could not guarantee that we would see the overall operating savings we hoped for, due to efficiency limitations on the part of our system that was not being modified. His honest assessment helped us decide to not go forward and possibly spend money needlessly. I appreciated his honesty and ethical approach in our interactions, and also on the company standing by their warrantee without hesitation.

A pleasure to work with. The salesman was unhurried, knowledgeable, & answered every question to my satisfaction. The installers showed up when they were scheduled. They were polite, quiet, professional, & did not make or leave a mess. They put down drop cloths from the entry door to the work areas. I am completely happy with the job done by this company & would not consider using anyone else in the future.

The representative was very knowledgeable and informative on what went wrong and the reason for what he was doing. He also gave us some helpful tips on how to use our unit and keep it running in good condition. We signed a service contract.

I RECEIVED A COMPLETE EXPLANATION OF THE STATUS OF THE SYSTEM, A PAPER COPY OF ALL ACTIONS COMPLETED, AND RECOMMENDATIONS FOR ONGOING PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE. THEY ALSO HONORED A $25 DISCOUNT COUPON.
