Description of Work: Toilet was spraying water on a Saturday. And, there was water leaking from under a kitchen cabinet. Plumber did fix the spraying water and told us it was the dishwasher that was leaking and soaking the cabinet. However, when he was working on the toilet I also said that it made a horrible high pitched noise when it was flushed. He did not fix that. I called a week later and asked him to come finish the job and his secretary said I would be charged another service call. I said I would be happy to pay for parts and repair, but I felt he should have fixed the noise on the first visit. She was very rude and said no, I would have to pay for parts, repair, and an additional service call. I said, "No thanks, I look for a better plumber who will do the job right the first time."
