Description of Work: Replace old gutters and down spouts, and install a short gutter with down spout and splash guard. Ken's provied an estimiate, it was resaonible, The salesman arrived when they said he would. When I came up on the schedule the office called we agreed on a date and time. When the due date was here so was the crew. They arrived on time, completed the job, cleaned up, and departed. While here, both men were polite, neat, and very PROFRSSIONAL. The invoice was for the amount agreed upon. The crew leader stated that after a heavy rain I should look over the work and if I saw any leaks or was unhappy I should call and they would come out and correct any concerns that I had with the work, product etc.. Overall I am completly happy and will use them again when and if needed. On a scale of 10 (ten) I rate Ken's Custom Gutters a 10.
