Better Business Bureau here I come these guys are the epitome of the worst. Please read all the reviews others have posted before you make your decision, I wish I had before I decided to give up a decent job to go work for them. And get left with nothing!

2-1/2 months ago I contacted them about coming and giving me an estimate. I was told that when they had somebody in Melbourne he would give me a call when he was on his way. 2-1/2 months and still waiting on that call. Forget Ken's!

Very professional, courteous and quick. He came and gave me an estimate, explained what they would do. I was going to be out of state when they came, so we closed the deal with a handshake. They installed the gutters when they said they would, they look fantastic !! I was afraid they would detract from the look of our home, but you can't even notice them. Great job, great price, very pleased. The check is in the mail today.

Price and quality of the gutters were great. Price came out way cheeper then Home depot and Lowe's. Would highly recommend this company. As stated before, shop around and get free quotes and you will notice that this company will come out the best.

We called Ken for an estimate and not only was the price really reasonable, we found him a very pleasant person to deal with. The workers were very nice and we were amazed at how little time it took to complete the job. The workmanship is excellent and we are very pleased. We will definitely be recommending him.

Ken and Francis are an amazing couple who really care about their customers. Ken offers advice while estimating a job. Gives you pointers- "even if you don't go with him". They run a "home town" small business- reliable caring business in today's impersonal world. How refreshing. They are in constant communication, flexible and accommodating. Their installers showed up on time, were really nice guys, more than willing to explain anything/everything. Did the job, were clean, efficient, and eager to please. Ken and his crew were a pleasure to deal with. The work was generally well done. A couple of details might have been done better, but were not worth calling them back out for. Certainly a bargain for the price. I will seek Ken out again if/when we need gutters in the future.

Ken and Francis were very helpful. Francis followed-up several times attempting to schedule with me and then the work crew came as agreed on, did what was asked and performed quality work. Definitely will use them again and give a positive referral to others.

Ken came out and gave me an estimate on the gutters. His price was the best of three that I had received. I typically don't pick the lowest bidder on jobs but I spoke to him several times and he has been around the county for a while. I also considered that it was gutters and not my electrical system. The only issue was that once I gave them the green light to do the project he was difficult to get a hold of for a few weeks. I have built before and that is not uncommon for contractors and especially when things are picking up again like they were several years ago. I left several voicemails before a return phone call. He and his guys came out when they said and did the job as described for the money indicated. No "changes" or sudden increases with the cost. I was very pleased with the work and would use them again.

Ken was very responsive, came by the day I called to give a quote. His crew showed up on time the day of installation, delayed by a day due to weather, and did a good job on the installation. They cleaned up after themselves and completed the job in a few hours.

Ken was the most responsive of four bidders I contacted, all on ANGIE'S LIST. He Contacted me within 24 hours of making the appointment through ANGIE'S LIST online and provided a written estimate which came in at or below all others. His crew came when he said it would or called well in advance to inform me that his crew was running behind. I gladly recommend Ken for others that need this type of work.
