Description of Work: It took a little while getting them out, but when they did they educated me on the fix and problem occurring, and gave me advice about other issues I was having. The other company's that were sent out said the job was to small for them and one company listed as a gutter company was only a roofer and said it would cost a lot as they contract out all their gutter work...so why they were sent as a gutter company. Anyways Ken's was very good and would recommend.

Description of Work: They put up gutters around the perimeter of most of the house...some gutters were already there. They fixed a few places that needed repair and worked quickly. Cleaned up nicely. Great experience. Very precise.

Description of Work: Called 3 times to get an estimate, every time got a message machne stating she was on another line and would return my call. Had one call back, the lady said Ken would call to set an estimate, 2 weeks later no call. So never got an estimate or any work done.

Description of Work: I've received several compliments on the appearance of the gutters installed by Ken's. The crew was pleasant and professional. Afterwards, however, it took a few weeks, and two or three phone calls to get the written warranty from this company. In addition, I found two discrepancies from the construction activity that I called to their attention, only one of which that has thus far been addressed. I will try one more time to get Ken's back to handle the second issue before the wet season arrives again.

 + -1 moreThey were very professional. Offered a good price compared to others, were prompt in arriving on set date, worked efficiently and were very courteous. After finishing in one day, they suggested corner gutter screens on the 2 corners that had trees above. I agreed as i previously had gutter stoppage from leaves and palm tree flowers and seeds . Came back the next day and finished the job. Still looks good and all are working just fine.

 + 2 morei started with an estimate for the gutters, and a section of soffit and fascia, and it was very good. They were to come in about 2 weeks to do the work. They showed up on time, and were 2 very nice young men, clean and polite and did a great job. It looked as if an animal had loosened the soffit and trying to get inside. They replaced the soffit and fascia. One of the men suggested adding screening to the gutters in the front corners to keep leaves from building up in the gutters which cause clogging. He was able to give me an estimate right then. I agreed that it was a good idea, This was on a Friday, and 2 other men came Monday. I checked the soffit while they were here,and found it was loose. The animal was probably back. One of the men had to work hard to get it back up and added more screws to hold it in place. It's now 2 days later, I checked the soffit just now and it's still in place. I was very satisfied with the job.
Description of Work: Replaced old 5 inch gutters with 6 inch gutters and downspouts. Replace a missing piece of soffit with a new section and new fascia. Added gutter screening to 2 front corners that had trees overhead.
