My fridge, only a year and a half old, stopped making ice and dispensing water. I suspected the filter, since I hadn't changed it in a long time and it had been running slow. I installed a new filter and it still didn't work. The repairman was able to come the same afternoon. After checking everything out, he said it had to be either the housing that the filter fits into or the filter itself, not very likely since it was brand new. He had to order the part, as it's not something that commonly fails. He returned in two days and installed the new part. Much to both our surprise, it still didn't work. Then, the only thing left was that I had a defective filter, something he hadn't seen in 12 years of work. He removed the new part and I said I would get a new filter. He was concerned and wanted me to call and let him know if it worked. Sure enough, the new filter worked! Very strange to buy a defective one: it was the right one, and the name brand. Despite making two trips to my house, he still charged me only the one basic service call. He was very polite and professional throughout, and just a nice young guy. I would definitely use him again.

It was great. Vaughn was very nice and punctual. He showed up right on time and looked at the washer. He thoroughly explained what was happening and went through the pros and cons of front loader washers. He also advised us of types of washers that were cheaper and easier to repair and had less problems. This was great since he doesn't sell washers, I really felt like he was trustworthy. Thanks,

I called Brevard Appliance Repair to set up an appointment to replace the French Door gaskets on our LG refrigerator. Vaughn said that he did not normally work on the LG appliances but it seemed that the gaskets should not be that much of a problem. A side note - I had already ordered the gaskets for the doors so all he needed to do was replace them. He told me that he could make it out to the house the same day and was true to his word. As a matter of fact he called back and asked if he could come over earlier then expected. He replaced the gaskets in no time. He was friendly and answered any and all questions that I had for him. I will definitely use Brevard Appliance Repair for all my appliance fixes and highly recommend them. The price, I felt, was also fair .

It went great! I called Vaughn on Thursday about my refrigerator not working. At first he was going to come out that afternoon to look at it, but that turned out to not be convenient for me, so he came out first thing Friday morning, diagnosed the problem, had the part on his truck, and got the repair done in good time. The refrigerator/freezer works great again. I would definitely use Brevard Appliance Repair (Vaughn) again if needed.

Vaughn came out within an hour of being called. He had the parts in his truck necessary to fix our 2002 Kitchen Aid's freezer and quickly installed it. He explained that we should continue to fix it (rather than buy a new one) because the older models are more reliable than many of the new ones in the store. We are VERY happy with the service he provided. We cannot recommend him highly enough.

Vaughn did a wonderful job. This guy knows his stuff, he is the old fashion kind of repair guy, he thinks about what he is doing, if he doesn't need to put in a new part, but rather fixes the part the washer already has, he does it! Saving you money and making me think there are still service people out there that are honest, wants to do a good job and cares about their customer. I will be going to Vaughn again and again for all my appliance repair needs.

I called and a technician came out the next day and it was determined that the timer was defective. A new part was ordered which came in on Saturday. The technician called and came out on Saturday (no extra charge) and installed the part.

Vaughn was fantastic! Service wise, he was accurate, and quick with his diagnosis and installation. We had to have the part ordered, when it didn't come in when he expected he called to let us know it would be an additional day. He was timely, and incredibly honest. This is the guy to go to if you want a real, honest assessment of the issue (no up-sales), partnered with quality service. Vaughn was friendly and a real pleasure to deal with. He was even willing to give me recommendations for service providers who offer other types of services. I would 100% recommend him to anyone requiring appliance repair.

Very well! Vaughn correctly diagnosed the problem, picked up parts and came back the next morning to complete the repair. Thought I was going to have to buy a new dryer-- now I don't! I will call him again when I have a problem.

Great!!! Vaughn is very honest and does not pressure you on decisions. I forgot to add there is a 1 year warranty on my new/used machine.
