They were very prompt. The office person that I had originally spoken with kept in contact with me to keep me informed of when the tech would arrive and he did arrive in that time window. The tech (Jason) was very efficient, knowledgeable and promptly found the problem and had the part needed with him in the vehicle. He then checked for any other potential problems and found none. I will definitely call Vail with any future service issues.

I called them, and they sent someone over within the hour. I would highly recommend them. I believe they are very honest and trustworthy company.

Always saw the store front on RT 50 in Clermont, FL and then saw the great reviews on here. Pulled in to discuss getting softener system installed in the house. Showed me the unit and later that day visited my property to discuss plans and installation. Worked up a quote and met with me again a few days later to finalize details and pricing. Two days later came home to find system completely installed. It was a pleasant surprise, but glad that it got done so quickly. Ron and Kathy were nothing but helpful and willing to work with me. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who asks for plumbing work.

He was very friendly, helpful, and he did the job very professionally. He had to order a part and as soon as the part came in, he let me know and came back to install the line for the faucet. He checked to see whether there were any other problems with my sink.

Came same day as called and made a list of what was needed, Next day crew came to do faucet and shower head work, promised to call when they would return to do the rest. Still waiting on call to re-seat toilet and replace shower door.

Excellent. Had an adjustment that needed to be done for food inspection and they came out the same day as called.

1/4/2012 Vail Plumbing arrived, turned off water at main. Shut off water from spigot. Turned water on. Said I needed two new spigots. 1/10/12 Driver pulled into my driveway, driving on grass over lawn sprinklers. I asked him to move and voiced concerns regarding possible sprinkler damage. Replaced 2 outside spigots. Sprinklers were on auto timer. Early Spring I noticed my new sod was dying. Upon inspection, I found sprinklers would not run. I called my sprinkler service to have them inspected my system. Findings: - The valves to the sprinkler system were almost completely shut off - There was dirt and debris inside the valves in the zone 6 rotors - Water had been turned off - Valves were cross threaded when turning them back on - Unable to take off the valves water was shut off to a trickle As a result from doing business with Vail Plumbing, I incurred the following charges for sprinkler service and repairs: - $55.00 service call - $80.00 for a new valve - $19.30 for 2 new 6? pop-ups - Not to mention my new $2,000.00 sod dying due to the sprinklers not functioning. I wrote Vail Plumbing on May 10, 2012 detailing the aforementioned , to date, I have NOT received any verbal or written communication from Vail Plumbing

The plumber arrived on time. He had a young boy with him that also worked for the company. They took off their shoes each time they came into the house which was nice as it was raining. He removed the faucet and found that the o ring was busted. He went out to his truck and then came back in and told me that he did not have an o ring that was that size and would have to go and get one. He left and returned in about 30 minutes. He replaced the o ring and the leak stopped. I also asked him to fix a handle that had come loose in my bathroom vanity. He also repaired it in about 15 minutes. The plumber and the boy went out to the truck and returned in 5 minutes and presented me with a bill for 134.00. 129.00 for labor and 5.00 for the o ring. I would guess he spent just over an hour on the job. I haven't used a plumber in about 7 years so I don't know if 129.00 is normal or not. 5.00 for one o ring seemed a little high to me. They were polite and did correct the problems.

Called Vails Plumbing and requested service. Employees (2) were here within 20 minutes. Immediately began inspecting and clearing clogged drains. Employees were professional and efficient. I have used Vails several times in the past and they have always done a good job for me. I would recommend them to anyone. R Peals

This was work was contracted out to 5 Star Services who were very nice and helpful. I still wasn't receiving enough hot water 2 weeks later and called Bobby of 5 Star back. He was out the next day to fix it for me. Was hoping the price would have been a little cheaper but was very satisfied with the service.

We needed to replace a kitchen faucet that had broken (bought from Vail earlier) which was under manufacturer's warranty. Instead we decided to replace it with a better faucet, and he said if we purchased from a certain retailer (where he got a discount), he would warrantee them. I asked three times him how much the installation would run before and during his installation and he kept saying that he did not know. But when it came to the bill, he had flat rates for everything - including $250 for the kitchen faucet, $200 each for 2 simple bathroom faucet replacements, and $150 for replacing a $30 shower control part. It was obvious that he had flat rates for everything, but would not quote them. I would have possibly made a different decision based upon those costs (certainly for the shower handle). Overall the work he did was very good. My problem was total lack of transparency in labor costs. I would just make sure you get a signed estimate before having any work done.

They were great. They were professional, polite and on time. They went out of their way to make me happy. The final price was exactly as same as the estimate.

A few days after they did the work the kitchen faucet was wobbly so I called to see if they could come tighten it. The receptionist who answered told me it was probably because I bought a low quality faucet from Home Depot or Lowes and there was nothing the plumber could do. I thought that was very offensive and rude, especially since she had never come to my house and didn't know that I had purchased a $500 faucet. The work got done and they fixed my faucet but the receptionist was just incredibly rude every time I spoke with her. The plumber complained to me that he should have charged more for the work. This was not very professional at all. I don't think I would recommend this company.

The old water heater was working fine but we wanted to install a new more efficient thermal transfer heater to control costs. The morning we called they were able to come out and look over the install. The next morning it was in and working. They explained its use and controls and all is working well. They were prompt and knowledgeable and easy to work with.

The part is replaced, new insulation in place, and I don't have to worry about it any more. And I didn't have a horrendous water bill, because they were so quick to get to me and at least stop the leak while they got the necessary part in. I had been so freaked out when I saw the gusher - and they just put me totally at ease.

I called in the morning. They called back and said they would be out that afternoon. Arrivee on time. They were very polite and professional. Would definitely use them again.

The person who showed up was great. He was neat, clean, and friendly. He was also very courteous and very professional. He showed up when he said he would. I showed him what my problem was and explained to him what had happened. He diagnosed the issue and fixed it quickly. It has been fine since.

They were prompt to come out and look at the problem. The kitchen sink drain had a part leaking and had never been plumbed correctly. Scheduled to come back two days later because of some parts needed. The repair was quick and good quality.
