Easy to find on the Web for scheduling service, great follow-up and communications prior to work done, with on-site jobbing both professional and cordial. Today we worked with Mark and his assistant technician. Mark's done jobs for us before, so he knows us and our property. Overall great job, thanks!

They recommend the brand, came the next day and put the new faucet. It was excellence service. Very personable and knowledgeable. They will come whenever they available and they will advise even weekend. The price is reasonable and honest.

$780.00 for a bathroom faucet install, replaced refrigerator water valve, and replaced the outside hose spigot. And that’s the DISCOUNT price. Two guys , 3 hours, poor install on bathroom faucet, left old hose spigot on the ground outside and took the customer's old faucet which was in good condition. They PRICE GOUGED a 79 yo disabled woman. Did not provide estimates or pricing for the customer at all. Kathy, who answered the phone, zero customer service skills and zero patience, and after screaming and yelling while discussing a $200 refund, she hung up. Ron Vail said I didn’t know what I was talking about when discussing prices. So two different guys came back on Friday to improve the install of the bathroom faucet then took pictures of the work done but no refund. FYI the same exact faucet model they said was over $111(?) is 50 bucks at Home Depot, they refused to take back the faucet too.

The showed up on time and removed the cartridge. It took less than an hour and I was satisfied with the end result. BUT they charged me almost $200 for less than an hour of labor with no parts. I have used them in the past and have been happy but I feel this was way too expensive.

Replacing kitchen counters with granite and installed a new sink. Purchase high tech Delta faucet and garbage disposal. Under sink plumbing was a manifold mess. Vail arrived within 12 hours of our call, reworked the manifold, installed the faucet and disposal. They were on time, professional and reasonably priced. Their rework of the under sink plumbing gave us twice the storage space. We will definitely use them in the future for any plumbing needs,

Late Thursday evening I discovered a puddle of water on the floor by my A/C handler closet. I kept vacuuming it and trying to fix it myself but I couldn't located the point of exit for the drain in my foundation. After researching several A/C repair services, I decided to call Vale Plumbing, Heating & A/C. I called on Saturday morning, explained the situation and was told that I'd be next in line as soon as the tech in my area completed a current job. Within an hour, I received a call letting me know that help was on the way. Jason arrived shortly after and went right to work. A pipe in the closet had to be cut (to be able to pressurize the drain line, I believe). He located the drain exit and showed me where it is. Apparently a handyman had covered it when adding river rock into the landscaping few years ago. After clearing the drain, he installed a PVC U-joint at the end of the drain so that it will be easier for me to clear it myself in the future. This was a biggie for me. He also answered my questions and cleaned up after himself when he was finished. I was charged $109 (after a $20 discount) for the work he performed. My research indicated that the average cost for this service is $150 so I feel that the charge was very fair. He left me with an advertising magnet, which I put on the A/C handler and will definitely use the next time I have any problems. I can, without reservation, give Vale Plumbing, Heating and A/C (and Jason) my highest recommendation.

Arrived after another job and spent 2.5 hours installing new dishwasher. They had to install a new water line for the faucet and the dishwasher. They were professional in their communication and answered all questions.

One toilet needed parts, the other needed line replaced. They did the back flow test and sent the certification to the city (very nice to not have to worry about mailing it myself). We call them for all repairs and for annual back flow test. They are extremely knowledgable, professional and reasonably priced. I have never been disappointed.

It's a family business and the wife was away, so the "office" functions were suffering. But they explained and apologized that they didn't answer immediately. So, I give them a pass on that. Glad I did. They did a great job and it was very reasonable. I'll use them again!

Service went well. Was familiar with the heat-pump style water heater so he was able to determine what the problem was. Advised me to get a new one rather than try to repair the new one that wasn't working. I called and got a new one and Ron came back to install it.

When I initially made appt. over the phone, the gal in the office made me feel confident that the appt. was solid and they wouldn't forget about me (called on a Friday and appt. wasn't until Tuesday the next week.) Tuesday arrived and gal in the office called me that morning to let me know that her guys were working on an emergency call, and she would call again when they were on the way to my house. She did!! I just had a general AC maintenance, but was impressed that the service guys took apart the entire unit and cleaned it thoroughly. They also found a screw that had been put in wrong, and was blocking the flow of water to the drip pan. Not only that, but completely cleared all the over grown grass that around the unit, and put it in a nice pile for me to dispose of. They also rewound my hose, and put it back the way they found it. I've used other companies that were there for 15 minutes or less, and said that everything was ok. Vail may have been a bit more expensive than other companies, but there is a saying that is not always true, "You Get What You Pay For." In this case, it was true. Good work guys!!

He fixed everything efficiently and called me in to go over everything that needed to be done in detail. He was extremely professional and I would definitely use him again.Ch

We chose them because they have cameras and this was the 3rd company we had out. They did not even have to camera the line. We described in detail the problem we were experiencing and after an exhaustive search, he found the problem was something that had dropped into the vent. We are soooooooooooooo happy!

It was Friday evening, after 6pm, so I was expecting to have to wait and for it to be very expensive. Called and the person who answered the phone took my number and within five minutes called me back to tell me the repair person was on the way. They arrived in about 15 minutes, inspected the problem and determined all it was a capacitor on the fan unit. I was a little nervous because the repairman was so young (Jason), but he was knowledgeable, polite and professional as he troubleshot the unit. He had the part on his truck and in 15 minutes the AC was running again. Next time we have a problem this is the business I will call.

They showed up on time and took care of our toilet issue quickly. Main line to the building was clogged up.
