Description of Work: One bathroom kept backing up and I had a number of companies come out and tell me I had to install a cleanout. It turns out the water wasn't flowing correctly and they were able to solve the issue for us.

Description of Work: They fixed a broken valve under the sink and installed new sink and disposal. The workers were curteous, clean, and expert. The office personnel was friendly and efficient. I was very pleased with the whole experience.

Description of Work: Had a wobbly toilet. They came out and investigated - found an issue with original install. Liked the fact that they took time to explain options and figure out best way to fix permanently. Reasonable price, too, in my experience with plumbers (had some overpriced ones before).

Description of Work: We wanted to have an exterior hose bib installed inside our garage. R.L. Vail came to the house within a day of our call and installed the hose bib. The work was done efficiently and the technicians cleaned everything up. We have used Vail before and they have always been responsive. We recommend them highly.
