They were very informative and professional during the installation.

Jim installed an outstanding lightning system. I had interviewed 4 companies to do this work. Jim made it very clear on what and why he was going to perform the work. His pricing was well in line with what I wanted to pay. He gave me a written contract, which none of the others did, with all the work to be performed and how he would stand behind the work. He also noted what he would do if ever I was to get a new Roof and his cost. Now what impressed me the most when he arrived to do the work he went over the project again. He noted a change. At that time he felt one item was not need. He told me the work would be $100 less and gave me a new contract. You could not be any more honest. Many others would have waited for me to ask but he took the lead. A great man, honest and quality work. Believe me I will recommend him to other members of my community which I will.

After contacting the 3 companies provided by Home Advisor I chose to go with James Townsley and I'm very glad I did. He is very professional and did a great job. There were a few things that needed to be added to the installation, even so my cost remained the same as quoted. He was quick to respond to my emails and phone calls and did the installation on a day that should have been a day off for him to accommodate my strange work schedule. He is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions during the installation. I would and already have recommend him for lightning rod installations.
