They provided me with a detailed written estimate which included the recommended products to be installed as well as available options for my consideration, along with the UL-requirements to show that their equipment met or exceeded these requirements. When I notified them of desire to proceed with the installation they were able to accommodate me very quickly (the next day) and the installation was completed within the time frame I was given and I am very pleased with the completed installation. I am confident the product will work as design and provide me with many years of reliability.

These guys are complete hacks! Do not believe a word they say. Half-assed would be an improvement from the job they did! Took me another $2800 to fix and finish the job they tried to do. Drifting contractors trying to make a quick buck. Beware!!

He did a great job installing 8 copper lightening rods, grounded to three 16 foot copper grounding rods connected via one inch thick copper wire. Beats his aluminum, higher priced dishonest competitor hands down. He only offered 3 aluminum lightening rods with aluminum grounding rods and he charged $200 more.

We had a great experience with James Townsley lightning rod installation. Jim called and explained the process thoroughly. He kept me informed throughout the process of installation, and made some very useful recommendations for how we could further protect our home from lightning. Out of the quotes we received, James Townsley came in with the best rate, but I also felt like he was the most straight forward, honest and helpful - it made it easy to choose his company.
