Very pleased with the work that Jim performed on our home. The installation of the lightning rods was quick and neat, and they arrived on time. Very professional and friendly. I would NOT hesitate to refer Jim to my neighbors. I have already referred him to my Dentist and the Dental Assistant.

For copper lightning rods , Mr. Townsley has much cheaper prices. Two other companies tried to sell me aluminum rods, which don't conduct as well as aluminum.

Communications were excellent throughout the project negotiations and completion, which is important to me both as a businessperson and a single woman trying to work with a home services contractor. Used very good commercial-grade paint, which I particularly appreciate, and I have noticed immediately a reduction in A/C run time with a much more reflective roof surface than I had previously. Huge before / after difference in appearance. Very satisfied with the work done at the price. Looks really nice. Thank you James!
