I did not send a request to this company because I was mistakenly under the impression that they were not doing business in my area, but luckily, they contacted me. James showed up when he said he would; did what was asked of him; kept me updated; gave me discount; answered my questions; and left no mess behind. This was my first experience with HA and had it not been for James, I would probably not have considered to go back to HA in the future as I never heard back from the companies that I did request proposals from. Definitely recommend James Townsley.

The follow up on his unacceptable work never occurred, I made several attempts to contact him and he is not responding or completing the work as agreed. Bad customer service

Interaction with us was excellent. We had a couple of the standard punch items and they were addressed in a timely manner. Again Customer Service and Quality were excellent.

Seemed like good work until the next day I saw a entire board on bottom of porch had screws missing at base left a 2 inch gap about the entire length of board. Porch bottom board rotted away and replaced with a 2 by 4 that was 4 inches short. Called him and he said he would send some one out that week to fix it he never showed up. The wood he bought for repair was cheap and thin, and cost me $650.00. Would not hire him again.

He came started to wash the driveway had to leave for dentist appointment he said he d be back tomorrow never saw him again don t know what happened don t know if he is sick or what happened
