Description of Work: Crew came in in did a mediocre job. Reported it to management and he came out, agreed and brought the two ladies into my home and "coached" them on what they did poorly, in front of me. They proceeded to do their work, banging into furniture and walls with their equipment. They were mad at us and it showed. We terminated the agreement immediately. Quite frankly, they scared us in our own home. The management tried hard to get us to stay, but I can't be afraid in my own home. We hired them based on Angie's List.

Description of Work: Clean my home. It did not go well. We moved into our brand new home May 2nd. After 7 weeks of arranging the house we were ready for a full on house cleaning. Reviewed several on Angie's list and decided to try GREEN GENIUS CLEANING SERVICES. I was more than a little disappointed. While the manager and the crew of 2 were nice, respectful and professional they did a terrible job cleaning the house. The toilets looked like they put the cleaning agent in, let it soak then flushed, verses scrubbing them. If they vacuumed the stairs it did not show, the carpet piles were still flat & no one had walked up & down enough to account for the appearance. I took out my vacuum, I did the stairs and the piles fluffed up nicely. |The hardwood and tile floors we still very dirty. The manager spent time re-washing the tile floors downstairs putting some effort in and the dirt came up. While I am grateful he washed the downstairs tiles a second time I later went up stairs and the tile in the 2 baths up there we still dirty. |I work from home & was in my office most of the time they were here. I did not following them around as they did their work. I assumed they were cleaning my house. Looking at it after the fact I'm not sure what they were doing, it surely was not cleaning, at least not well at all.

Description of Work: Green Genius Cleaning Service has been cleaning my house for at least 2 years now. They do a great job and it's so nice to come home to a clean house. They use toxic free cleaning supplies which is important to me. I love that I don't have to worry about my kids or pets breathing in harsh chemicals. Mike has been great to work with, whenever I've had a problem, he is quick to solve it and strives to understand my expectations and meet them. I would highly recommend them!

Description of Work: I emailed & called ... Mike the owner responded and we scheduled an initial visit to give proper estimate. We discussed an "initial deep clean" (at a cost 3-4x as much as regular clean )top to bottom clean is what they called it. We have lots of crown moulding and ceiling/floor trim. We hadn't had a thorough clean in almost a year, so it was fine the cost ) Mike and I discussed I depth the products that would be used. We are a SUPER GREEN ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY FAMILY. So we needed to know and trust the products that would be used everywhere. We don't use bleach/chlorine, c aerosols, ammonia, sulfates, etc AT ALL! They housecleaned and carpet shampooed very well (very green) and I would Definitely hire them again no doubt We had three relativy minor ssues with them: - Angies list discount: I let them know that I found them through Angie's list and. Wanted to apply the discount listed n the Angie's list website. Mike said that we could NOT use the 25 percent off AND the Fifth visit free ... It had to be either/ or. Which I thought to be a bit tacky considering that he WAS aware of this misinformation & didn't resolve it with Angie's list. And my initial visit was 400 ( and we tipped )surely 25 dollarswas chump change in the grand scheme of things. - TIMLINESS: they showed up an hour and a half after they were scheduled ... ( this is generally a deal breaker for us ) but the real issue here is that they did NOT call to mention theyd be late ... We actually phoned Mike when it was 15 min past the e.t.a. given. We did effectively communicate a more accurate eta after I initiated contact ( turns out an employee "called in " that day & delayed the prior job ... Which in turn delayed our job. - there were areas that were missed, nothing too major, but with a crawling baby, floors being clean is a MUST.. Dead ants & spiders are quite fascinating We have a relatively big place 4000sqft ... With only two workers so a couple things were overlooked on the first visit. I look forward to the next appt goings bit smoother They otherwise cleaned VERY well and all of the products were about as earth and human friendly as you can get! WeII certainly appreciate that ive already recommended them to two friends!

Description of Work: I'm a demanding customer. I think if your job is cleaning, you should make things clean. I asked them to clean everything they see and move anything that is moveable and clean underneath it. It sounds simple but most times, cleaners don't get it right. Ecomaids are the exception! They are fast, efficient and professional too. I hightly recommend them and will continue to use their services.

Description of Work: We hired Ecomaids to provide cleaning services for us on a twice a month basis a couple months ago. Mike, the manager, came out and did the initial walk-thru to see what we needed handled. From there his team have showed up on time, like clockwork, every two weeks. We had an initial deep cleaning (at a different price) and from then on our regular basic cleanings have been consistent, efficient and a wonderful experience. Floors are cleaned, the house is dusted, vacuumed and the bathrooms and kitchen left sparkling. The girls who regularly clean our home are just a joy to have in our home. The are detail oriented, friendly, professional and always smiling. They take great care with our wood floors and add some nice extra touches, like decorative tissue box displat and the little fold on the end of the toilet paper that just shows how much they care about going that extra mile to make us feel special. I would recommend the team that comes to the Pinson home to anyone and everyone. The bonus is their eco-friendly products that they use...and their sunny dispositions. Thank you Ecomaids for making our life so much easier.
