What a great group! They went above and beyond what I would have expected. I was getting ready to put my house on the market, and my house was a bit grubby. By the time Champions finished, everything sparkled! They even came back to re-clean an area that they weren't satisfied with. After less than 10 days, I accepted an offer on my house, one of three that I received! Well worth the money!

This property was one of the worst cases of dirt and neglect that I have seen in my many years of being a real estate broker. We had it under contract, but it fell through because of the filth and condition, so I decided to invest the money for a commercial level cleaning. What a mother load of work for the cleaning teams, but also what an amazing difference in the appearance of the home! Another buyer who had rejected the property previously, then went through the home again after the cleaning and bought it. Mike and his crew are terrific to work with as well. Would highly recommend and would definitely use them again.

Excellent job!! They were prompt, cleaned the house including inside cabinets and drawers, and they did the garage as well. They also did a thorough cleaning on the carpets! The house has been empty for well over a year, and it was desperate to be cleaned. I am SO thrilled with the results, and will hire them again to do my own house. The price was VERY reasonable. I HIGHLY recommend!!! :)

The people were great and very nice - for this I was very thankful but the amount of items simply missed was staggering. Other items were dusted with minimal effort that left them as dusty as before.

Mike was responsive in a timely manner each time I emailed them for information. He was thorough and gave me lots of details as to what to expect. I appreciated that the owner, Mike, came out to our home the first time and was patient to answer all of my questions. He was kind and respectful to his crew, from what I observed, and the crew themselves were friendly and efficient. I don't expect any house cleaning to be absolutely perfect... no one will ever do it just the way I would. But they were patient and attentive when I pointed out things that needed extra attention. I am enjoying working with this company so far and plan to continue to use them for house cleaning.

I had Green Genius Cleaning back in my home again for a deep housecleaning and steam carpet cleaning. The level of customer care and service from the manager and cleaners was outstanding. The team was punctual, professional and were very thorough. My home looks and smells great and my carpets look wonderful too! Highly recommended from this repeat customer. I am very satisfied I have found the right cleaning company to service my home.

I probably would not us them again. I had them come out to clean the garage and they left dirt everywhere. I had to get another team to come out and re-do. I called them again to do a move in clean. I wanted them to clean the walls for painting. I specifically told the owner I wanted the walls cleaned because the painter was coming and when the girls came and I told them they looked shocked. I asked them if they did the windows and they said they don’t do windows. The deal was for 3000 sqft and my house was like 1300 sqft. When I called the owner he said the windows wasn’t a part of the deal. The stuff they used on the floor smelled bad. I told them to every inch of the house and they didn’t do the inside of the closet and I had to call them back in. One girl said she couldn’t get the mild due off in the bathroom and I used my figure nails to scrape it off. If you buy a move out clean it should be everything. He told me the wall washing would not be a problem.

It went fine. They came at the designated time, finished within 2 hours and did a very good job cleaning the home.

Overall, my experience has been positive. Green Genius has responded to my changing needs over the last two years and they are always open to customize my cleaning needs based on what's needed each week. We travel quite a bit and we are currently empty nesters, so our needs are not always the same. Mike is always open to modifying the standard checklist. For example, when we've been out of town and the house doesn't need as much attention, the staff will focus on a deep clean of one room so that I receive value for the dollar.
