Green Genius has been my blessing in caring for my home, Sometimes there a new people and they are trained well and corrected if they miss anything. None has ever been anything but polite and gracious. We looked for 6 months before finding this licensed and bonded company. They have been coming here over over two years. Due to changing customers and travel distances between customers, at times they are Ina wider window time frame during a visit, but we now feel ok to go out while they work. I like the green cleaning methods that are used. My home is fresh and renewed after each of their visits. Mike, the owner has changed the days of our cleaning at our request when we asked. It is obvious to us that customer service or better yet customer CARE is very important to him and his employees.

I asked to have specific areas cleaned like the kitchen, baseboards and bathrooms in addition to the rest of my home. The service was excellent! The girls were very friendly, personable and professional. They were neatly dressed and communicated effectively. Booking the job was very easy, the manager was kind, patient and informative. I had called a few other places on Angie's List and I felt this was the best company to hire for the job due to price and customer service. The rates were reasonable and they are from the area. Glad I chose Green Genius! I have asked them to return for regular service to my home.

I had an extensive conversation with a sales rep who promised to send me more information on his service and follow up with a phone call and I never heard from him.

As far as the cleaning goes it was great. Everyone was polite and professional. The house was clean and fresh when they left. My problem is with communication. I never receiving answers from Mike. I'd get an email the day before they were coming. For me that was not always enough time. When I asked if I could keep a particular crew, I didn't get a response so the day before I called and told them to just cancel. Then Mike emailed me that he thought everything was a go because he scheduled the crew I wanted, but, since he didn't tell me I had no way of knowing who was coming. I did email him to apologize and reschedule and again I have not heard. So right now I don't know if they will be here on Dec 9th or not. Since this review communicating with Mike has been great. No more confusion. Thanks Mike.

They did a great job and even a few extras to help.

They did a great job and were there for two days. Big job, big mess but they really improved the conditions.

The house had not been cleaned thoroughly for some months. It was a bit overwhelming, so I contacted Green Genius. They had worked for us before and we were thoroughly satisfied with the cleaning services they provide. A team of three women came, they toured our home with me, asked good questions about what I wanted, and worked diligently to clean every nook and cranny of our home so that it felt like new. The team was pleasant as well as fastidious about their work. A huge burden was lifted by their work and we are so thankful!

They did a great job. I would use them again and recommend them to friends, we have relocated out of the area but I would continue using them if we were in the area.

We've used them a number of times. They didn't always show up on time. My wife is a picky cleaner and you have to practically clean with white gloves and they didn't pass. We are not using them any more. We were looking for someone who was always here when we expected and would pass the white glove inspection and they didn't do it. They charged $100 a session. We probably won't use them again.

The day of service Mike and I emailed back and forth and I gave him my garage password so I know approximately when they arrived, and my husband went home from work to pick something up at no more than 3 hours and ten minutes from when they had our garage code. So they were not there any more than the minimum Mike quoted me. The house was barely cleaned, meaning dirty baseboards, not wiping down the water dispenser on the fridge, not wiping down the microwave, dirty stovetop, dirty windows, a whole bathroom not cleaned, etc. (Mike asked for specific instances so I gave him 18 pictures to be sure he saw how bad it was since evidently it is not their policy to have supervisors overseeing new client cleanings). I called but of course after 5 p.m. on a Friday so he did not answer. I left him two voicemails, obviously upset, seeing as how they had charged my card the night before the service and nobody had checked in with us after the service was performed (which he insists is usual policy the day after an initial service is performed). Mike did respond on Saturday and stated they would come out Monday to redo anything missed which is what prompted me to send all 18 pictures. After discussing it with my husband we decided to not let them come to our home again as the initial impression was so horrible. We had the bank block the $300 payment and went through the fraud claim process to get our money back. But beware, one month later THEY CHARGED OUR CARD $300 again. I am unclear how they can be a service award winner but wanted to share our experience.

They are pretty good. Their cleaning staff members clean the house like it is their house. They all speak English, have a checklist and clean. They go through the checklist before they leave and then call to make sure everything was okay. They are very good about keeping in contact. I have a large house; it is a 5000 sq ft house. They give a referral discount as well.

It was great. They are absolutely great people.

It was a great experience. The manager was attentive and responsive to any issues that we had, the cleaning crews did thorough work, and the pricing was reasonable for the size of home that we have.

Everything always goes well. They have reasonable prices, do thorough work, and are very trustworthy. In fact, they're so trustworthy that I've given them a key to the house.

The owner was very nice and friendly, and his price was reasonable. However, his work crew seemed to lack the experience necessary to do the work. Specifically, they damaged some window trim which I had to fix myself.

The women were pleasant, but when they left, after further inspection, I noticed they were not very thorough at all. Unfortunately I would not use this company in the future.

This company is a pleasure to deal with. I had contacted several Angie's List recommendations and interviewed the ones that responded and am very happy with my decision to use Green Genius. They gave me options for my cleaning needs and sent a crew of 3 out to clean my house. Jennifer was the lead person and was absolutely fantastic. I heard her speaking with Tina and Laura on her team and they really work well together. She went around and double checked everything. In fact, there wasn't anything that I needed to point out as needing extra attention. I can't tell you how appreciative I was to find a company and team that do things right the first time and with joy. They had smiles, laughter, and respect for each other. Mike is the owner and he has contacted me promptly to answer questions and followed up with me to see how things went. He runs a professional business and I was so happy with how they worked on the home that I have hired him to take care of my business cleaning.

They are very good. They come on time, well equipped, work as a team, it's generally 3 of them, and they do a good job. They're in and out most of the time, and it's amazing how much they do in a short time. They take criticism well. If there's something I think that they missed, they go back and do it. I'm very happy with them. They are flexible in their scheduling and they gave me the day and time I needed. They are reliable, you'd be happy with the result, and their price is very fair. They're licensed and insured as well.

good service - courteous - staff worked hard

The two women arrived on time and were very pleasent to do business with. Given that it was such an intensive cleaning it took them seven hours to complete so we vacated the house with our dog to let them do their thing. We returned around the fifth hour and could already tell the work was going very well. The windows alone were spotless! They had removed the screens and left a streak shine on each one! The blinds which were heavy with years of dust and grime were wiped clean and fresh in appearance. The interior of the house itself was not in too bad of condition but they did a bang up job of getting it to shine again! all glass surfaces and mirrors are spotless which is always a tell tale sign with less proffesional teams.We are only two in the house so with the cooperation of Mike the owner we have come to an aggrement for quarterly cleanings as monthly service is probably too much for us. To other subscribers:I gave a "B" grade on two points only because I feel there is always room for improvement. I take the ratings here very seriously and it's too easy sometimes to give a perfect score when perhaps we should be a bit more reserved.

They did a really good thorough, thorough cleaning. Everything looks great. Also, on time and pretty reasonable.
