Description of Work: Did a check of the AC, noticed a burnt wire near the capacitor on the outside unit and correctly hooked the wires for the Ultraviolet light on the internal unit so it worked. Wanted to fix the wire on the external unit but wanted $250 to replace about 15 inches of wire. We didn't accept that repair as it was unnecessarily high, part of the company's standard pricing system

Description of Work: The mechanic inspected both the indoor and outdoor units, cleaned the outdoor unit with a hose, adjusted the indoor vents and added Freon to the unit. The only thing he did not do was inform me about the location and condition of the filter.

Description of Work: They went over every inch of the system and found many signs of shoddy workmanship by the past service company. My system is 14 years old and the past company told me that my system is dieing and needed to be replaced immediately. I purchased a one year (2X a yr.) maintenance contract. My equipment is working just fine.
