Excellent. I hired Up Cleaning for my mom. Her condo needed a deep cleaning and my mom is very happy. I am also very pleased so much so that I’ll be using Up Cleaning every 3-4 weeks as a treat for my mom! The cleaners worked hard and were very professional. I’m satisfied.

Up Cleaning (now Suncoast General Maintenance) did a great job on our driveway/walkway. I was in a time crunch and needed it done right away. George stopped by right away, gave me a great estimate and performed the work within two days. Florentina kept in contact with me through the whole job. I couldn’t have asked for a better company to work with and I’ll be calling for a window washing appt next.

George and the two ladies with him did an outstanding job cleaning our house. We have used other cleaning companies but the results of this company was far superior. Communication was excellent, with calls when they were on the way, and a follow up call from the owner when the work was complete. The team sent to our condo did a fantastic job, considering the bad state our tenant had left the place. Four young women arrived on time. They thoroughly cleaned the house, even in places like behind the entertainment center. They worked for an hour and a half and the house sparkled when they left.

There were a couple of misunderstandings but they did a great job and I will continue to keep them. The performed a deep clean which was more expensive but IMO the best way to start out.

They did a great job - very thorough and efficient! Loved having them clean; such a great feeling to come home to a clean house. They even folded the kleenex and TP like a hotel room, nice attention to detail!

They were great. We used other cleaning services prior to using UP and we not satisfied. These guys came on time, notified us in advance when they were in route, went above and beyond and pleased me! I'm a tough one to please when it comes to cleaning my home. Additionally, kept open lines of communication and had us check their work before leaving. We love that the same supervisors that know our home and expectations will be there consistently every time.

Deep clean was AWESOME! The Upcleaning crews really know what they are doing. I love getting my house cleaned every two weeks - it really helps the family focus on what's important after school and work. The staff, especially Florentina, is extremely responsive and professional. They are easy to reach and communicate with. The price is comparable to other services I looked into, but the value and quality are better than other when you consider the work performed and efficiency of the crew.
