Up Cleaning

I hired them to clean the oil stains out of the driveway. George told me he could get them to look faded but not completely removed which was understandable and I hired him. When done he asked me to inpsect but the whole driveway was still wet so I could not tell if he had indeed removed the oil stains and paid him. After the driveway dried up the oil stains were the same as before and unfortunately, looked more pronounced because the rest of the driveway was a lot cleaner. The only reason I am not giving a 1 star review is because he cleaned the rest of the driveway nicely. All I wanted, and I emphasized this to him, was the oil stains cleaned off and he promised he could do a really good job with it. After I sent him the photos of the oil stains still being there he said he cleaned and scrubbed it but they would not come out. It appears that he is not experienced at removing oil stains and should have told me so before making promises he could not keep. I would have paid more to someone else had I known.

Very professional company. They schedule d an inspection of my house to find out exactly what I wanted done. They explained their cleaning process and gave me a quote. I hired them on the spot, and they were able to do the job the next day! They arrived as scheduled with a team of 4 and we're able to finish the job quicker than estimated. I was only able to find a couple of minor things that I wanted done which took about 5 minutes to complete. They invoiced me before they left and I made a electronic payment. No complaints. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a professional cleaning company for a fair and reasonable price!

I called Up Cleaning and George called me back right away. He came over in 1/2 hour to give me an estimate on a very dirty apartment. We discussed pricing and he was able to come back the same day to clean the apartment. There were three people (including George) that went right to work and the results were amazing!! Supervisor (George) came to the house to give me a quote. (Other companies I contacted didn't want to do that.) He was very courteous and professional. When he and his team arrived to do the cleaning, they were pleasant and extremely efficient. I'm very happy with their service and will continue using them on a permanent basis.

Every member of the team, from Florintine who manages communications, to the 5-person cleaning team, are consistently professional, hard-working, and dedicated to quality work. The team arrives on time (with a text message to confirm a precise arrival time). They are in and out quickly, but not too quickly. Cleaning is consistent from visit to visit (always excellent), which is something we did not experience with other local companies over the years. Up Cleaning has been cleaning our home for three months now. We plan to continue their service indefinitely.
