Up Cleaning

They arrived on time and worked nonstop and cleaned my house to perfection. Vacuuming, dusting, wiping counters and all the floors are squeaky clean. I will definitely hire again.

We have had Up Cleaning come out twice and we could not be happier. I initially set everything up with Flora over the phone. Since they charge by the hour there was no need for anyone to come out to give an estimate. We have them do the general cleaning description, minus the windows. Everything is expertly done as listed by three girls in one hour. I love that they are in and out in no time. We are so pleased we are having them come out every two weeks. Flora texts me a day or two in advance with the time they will arrive as I am usually flexible with the time. If you need a specific time it can be arranged with advanced notice.

These 4 angels came down from heaven to turn my disaster of a house into a impeccable work of art envious to all man kind. I feel about 5lbs lighter now that my bathrooms are grim free. After my walk through I made another appointment with them immediately. I dont know why I waited so long to have a cleaning service. Thank you so much ladies you are the best!!!

They did an excellent job and were very professional. They cleaned all the nooks and crannies, the baseboards and got the bathrooms the whitest I've ever seen.

Florentina and her team are simply the best. They've cleaned our home for over 2 years now and I am amazed at their consistency. Their level of quality is the same as the first time they cleaned our home. They are such hard workers and leave the house spotless. I've recommended them to a friend down the street who now uses Up Cleaning regularly and even has the team clean their mom's house too!

They are the only service I have ever used that has consistently cleaned my house perfectly over time. Every other company I have used has been inconsistent and/or has degraded in quality over time (regardless of cost or number of people sent). Up cleaning sends the same people to clean every time and confirms every time. They are always checking in for feedback and let me know if anything like who is coming to my house will be different for each visit. It is so nice to have consistent reliable service for a fair price.

They have been cleaning my house now for close to a year. I’m very picky and have not been happy with previous cleaners (even though they were rated very high). Many times I leave the door open and they come and clean while I’m gone. I love the little extra things they do like how they fold my towels or throws can’t say enough good things.

Flor and 2 others came out and spent 2 hours and 40 minutes doing a very thorough job cleaning my villa. The place was spotless when they left and I was very happy. They cleaned things that I didn't even realize needed cleaning and cleaned a bathtub that I never use other than to keep cleaning supplies. Flor just couldn't bring herself to leave it. This will be my go to cleaning company from now on.

Up Cleaning was easy to set up an appointment with, they showed up on time and preformed the requested cleaning. We will hire them again!

The team of three arrived promptly with all their own equipment and, after a quick tour of the house, went to work. They were incredibly hard workers, each knew their part of the job, had a system, and were extremely thorough. We are amazed at all the 3 ladies accomplished in only about 2 1/2 hours, including dusting all blinds and baseboards as well as mopping all the floors and so much more. If I could rate them an A+ I would - wonderful people and an excellent job. We will absolutely have them back and highly recommend them!

Florentina communicated with me in a timely manner to schedule my first cleaning. She and a helper showed up right on time and worked really hard paying attention to slightest details, such as moving objects to clean underneath or moving a couch to clean behind it. I am super happy with their job and hired them for regular cleaning.

I was very impressed with florentina's punctuality, keeping in touch for when the team would arrive. 3 ladies came for the deep cleaning and spent 3 hours cleaning. They were very detailed and cleaned things like the track of the sliding door that had never been cleaned. I felt that the charge of $24/hr per person was reasonable. 2 ladies came for the regular cleaning which takes 5 hours. I like that they are a team so they get done quicker and I don't have someone in the house all day. They use good products. Very happy with how clean the house is.

I was hesitant about hiring a cleaning service because in the past i have and after they left I thought I can clean better than they do. This time I needed help my dog had a litter of 12 puppies and I needed my house cleaned from top to bottom. I called up cleaning and I was very impressed from the time they came into my house until they left 3 1/2 hours later. They were very professional and hard working, My house looked like a new house. I had hard water spots I tried to get out and could not but these ladies with up cleaning did. They did everything from the baseboards to the top of my kitchen cabinets. After they left you could not even tell just a week ago I had 15 dog living at my house. My husband who does not notice anything but came home that day and was also very impressed how clean our house was. They did such a amazing job I hired them to come every two weeks.

Everything was excellent! My house has never looked better. Things I had written off as uncleanable are now good as new.

Excellent and very hard workers, cannot say enough about them. We used to have them clean once every 3 weeks. They kept the house spotless. We were happy to change to once every 2 weeks.
