Cost is a little high but the structure is solid. The crew was friendly, professional, efficient and did a great job cleaning up. They were excellant! The windows do provide a good noise reduction from outside sources and are easy to open and close.

Aaron Bauer was so sweet and walk me through all what I needed to be done to my home and explained my contract and the whole process to me. When the company started the work the men assigned to my home were wonderful! They cleaned up and were respectful and so nice. I missed having them around. The home was done in no time. My siding made my home look like a brand new house!! Troy and his crew were great and his son Reggie was so sweet. I would definitely hire this company again. I am really pleased with their work. We received excellent customer service and the job was completed as promised. Suncoast Windows installed sliding glass doors and siding. Aron was professional and very patient with all our questions and concerns we had. I quoted this job out of state for my 80 year old mom's house and she felt comfortable with every aspect of the project. Aron was knowledgable about products and what really needed to be replaced. We rated quality of work 4.5 because crew needed to come back to trim one edge of siding.

The guy who did the work was very polite. He picked up the debris, and he was very neat about everything that he did. I made a couple of suggestions and he took care of it. Overall they did a good job!

The managing partner Aaron was available 24/7 to answer questions and check on the progress. The installers worked through their weekend to get the job done. Great customer service! Best price along a group of estimates and Aaron continued to find rebates after the job was done.

My entire experience was fantastic. They are honest, priced fair, provide a quality product and have amazing follow up. They delivered and installed before the promised date. I am very happy with the quality of my new windows. John gave us a good price on nine quality windows. My wife only wishes she could open the windows herself. They are large and quite heavy. So please consider this when purchasing double hung impact windows that are about 50 x 50.
