We had our siding and two windows replaced by Suncoast this spring (05/2024.) They did a wonderful job and we are very satisfied with every aspect of the work that was done. The staff was very professional and Suncoasts bid was the most competitive of the 3 proposals we received. I would highly recommend them.

I just have to say Suncoastâ s Team, Aaron, Carlos and Mario have gone above and beyond what was expected to make â everyâ homeowner in this 28 unit complex (The Marina Condos) very pleased and grateful our HOA board chose them. Their expertise and generosity has transformed this poorly neglected Condominium community into a stunning, fresh, modernized beauty that all of us are proud to come home to. My experience with Suncoast was great. John and owner and Jake my salesman were on top of everything and care about their work. I had them replace three gables, add a door to my backyard, and replace two thirds of my windows so far. Everything has been excellent, and I will definitely have them back to complete the rest of my windows later this year. I can also add that I shopped around on price with five or six different window companies before deciding on Suncoast. Their prices are very good, and they perform excellent workmanship.

Windows and Siding Install Suncoast Windows and Siding is a group of individuals who are highly professional, efficient, and transparent. From my first meeting with Aaron Bauer, one of the managing partners, I could tell there was a lot of expertise and experience in this company. My vintage 1950s house had not had any exterior remodeling (except roof) in over 20 years. Aaron not only thoroughly explained the process, he also sent to the house specific members of his team to assess all work and potential problems before I signed the contract. While I did not seek competing estimates on the siding (since I wanted the same company for both jobs), the cost of the windows was very competitive compared to other estimates I obtained for comparison. The window installation was done with speed and precision. The team, led by Roger, arrived about 9 a.m., and by 3:30, all 17 of my windows were removed and replaced, and with hardly any mess left behind. The process of replacing the siding was handled with similar expertise and detailed care by Dwayne, Greg, and Susan, who are as equally wonderful people as they are masters of their craft. The work they did was nothing short of transformative, and we now have undoubtedly the best-looking house on the street! My wife and I are so pleased.

We were very pleased with the exceptional work, top notch service, and quality workmanship in having our siding replaced. Our home looks incredible due to the attention to detail and the superb workers who installed the siding. Dwayne and Susan are such superb workers for the company...very personable, courteous, and conscientious on the job! Their attention to detail is noteworthy. The pricing was fair, even though we encountered some surprises along the way in needing to replace the entire chimney...but, their installers capably addressed the problem. They were also one of the only companies that would come out in a short time span to assist us in determining our needs before we finalized our settlement. Jake Tyrka was our salesman and primary contact during the process; he was very accommodating and handled our needs competently. He is an asset to the business. They certainly deserve the 5 star rating!

I had 15 impact windows and a sliding door replaced on 2/1/2019 by Suncoast Windows and Sidings. Must tell you, after 4 different quotes from major windows companies I decided to choose Suncoast because of John (Owner). Firstly he was on time on appointment day (Despite bad weather), he took all windows measurements himself and was not suggestive selling at all. Gave the quote and required info I asked and was on his way with a warm smile: Please let me know how I can gain your business? Our windows were shipped within 4 weeks (ahead of promised date), got a call from John and had an appointment set. Roger and his crewmen (Windows Installer) was on time, very importantly Roger himself and his team are highly professional, courteous and friendly. Roger stayed extra hours and called additional men to help get the installation done in one day. After installation, they made sure no screw/nails are left in my yard/driveway (clean project). Anyone looking for a similar project please give these guys a chance I am sure they will exceed your expectations as they did mine.

Suncoast Windows and Siding is fair on price, trustworthy, dependable and uses an experienced team. I hired them for new siding and my home was beautifully transformed. They suggested Mastic and an insulation underneath which I chose and it makes my house look completely new. Their process was professional, beginning with an excellent quote - lower than three other companies I quoted in the area. Upon contract, the team showed up on agreed date and time and worked full days to get the job completed. Aaron - the owner, showed up to inspect and approve the work along the way. In addition they crafted white textured metal sheet work around my old window sills. Sometimes when I pull up in my driveway, I still can't believe it's the same house - thanks to Suncoast, for a job well done.

Great job--windows look good, and work well. A marble window sill was cracked during installation of one of the windows, and they replaced the sill and repaired the wall to look like new. Aaron Bauer, one of the co-owners was always available to address any concerns. I would definitely recommend Suncoast Windows and Siding

Well, having been the first time I had to replace my roof, I was totally unaware of all that would be required, I hired a roofer my neighbor used..anyway that roofer told me Facia and Soffit should just be painted after the roof job was done, then I hired a painter and he explained why that was incorrect, as painting the soffit clogs the vents with venting being its primary function, so they painted my house and excluded the Soffit and Facia. Then I hired Suncoast Windows & Siding to replace Facia and Soffit after I had also had new gutters installed...let me say this with absolute confidence I wish I had consulted them FIRST!! The salesman, Aaron came out and explained everything to me, he measured and inspected work to be done, quoted me effort and materials to replace all existing material, take down and reinstall gutters, etc. It was an extremely fair quote, which by the way was the final price after the jib was done, even though upon removal of old material revealed the roofer took some short cuts..the installer Roger did an amazing job of replacing and fixing wood while at same time bringing everything up to current code. The work was done very professionally even the re-install of my gutters. Looks fantastic, quality value even at a higher price! The follow up customer service has been great too, as I need some soffit removed and replaced in order to install some GFI outlets for exterior sound system and they have accommodated my scheduling needs very well! I vehemently recommend Suncoast Windows & Siding. Heck they even referred me to a quality contractor for other jobs I am considering! Thanks Aaron, Roger and Suncoast!!!!

John Franks and his team at Suncoast Windows and Siding replaced siding on 4 of our condo buildings and did an excellent job in less time than anticipated. His crew chief Troy and 4 or 5 others were there daily for 2 weeks to complete the job. They quickly responded to any concerns that we had from our residents and cleaned up after the project was completed. Everyone involved was very courteous and professional. We highly recommend this company for your siding needs.

Roger installed both our windows and siding. He is a gem. All of our neighbors say it looks like a new house.

This was a repair after a hurricane and they were very responsive in getting the area of siding replaced so that rain would not get in. Although they usually don't do repairs like this they made an exception due to the need after the hurricane.

All went well just tried to make contact several times before work was scheduled took a bit of time for them to get back with me but work quality was great no problems at all!

The work was done professionally and quickly. It took about 3 days to complete everything but now I have a new door and the siding that was rotting is gone and the new vinyl siding looks wonderful. Thank you John and Mike for a wonderful job.
