Description of Work: We loved the sales lady at the Home expo( bought our Spa last spring) and we really love our Spa! It runs great ,the jets and lights are wonderful. One of our best investments for sure! We needed it serviced in Dec & had a miscommunication with the team( they were very busy & they came out a day or so late) so that's why we give that a " B"..everything else is " A+"!!

Description of Work: We purchased our spa through Spa Manufacturers. Making an appoint ment means having to speak with the Service Manager directly. In this instance they called as promised and gave us our window when they would be there. But they didn't call when they were going to be late. They did complete the service and the price was reduced a bit for the inconvenience. The lead worker was very condescending and mean to his assistant. The work was completed as requested. I would use them again.

Description of Work: I had the service tech out to my house to replace some parts that I broke and he helped me get my chemicals all inline again. I have to say Spa Manufacturers is such a pleasure to deal with. They are always so willing to help me. Thank you spa manufacturers and the great service team!

Description of Work: I had a purchased a spa from Spa Manufacturers and had fantastic service from the reps. at the time of purchase and throughout the entire delivery process. Recently I was having issues with spa not running and I immediatly called for service and they sent out a tech. It was found that the fault was coming from my breaker in my home. This had NOTHING to do with the quality of my spa, it was in fact something that had to do with my house electric. I was very happy that the tech came out to my home and pointed this out for me, I was able to get my electrician out and get everything fixed. Its really hard to find a place with excellent service anymore and I have to say that Spa Manufacturers has been wonderful and I recommend them all day long! Its also wonderful to know that you are dealing with a compnay that has been in business for so many years and still practice good old fashion customer service!

Description of Work: I purchased a 5 person spa, and had it delivered and installed.

Description of Work: We had a swim spa installed. The biggest problem we've had is the cover. The first wore out within the year. The second one has a bent insert so water (lots of water) puddles on top and bows it into the water.
