Description of Work: custom fit 4 steel electrical roll down shades on my patio lanai measuring 20ft in length and 8 feet in width. Area is covered by structural overhang of roof, therefore, we wanted it to be enclosed if the weather forecast warranted such need to be secure and locked down,(rain, wind, or storm/ hurricance elements, or if we just desired a need for extreme privacy and security. The work was complete in 2 days and the two installers worked diligently and professionally in a true manner that would warrant a five star (5) rating complete with excellent workmanship, punctuality, and courteousness. We are very pleased with the beautiful job done,especially in the timely manner and efficiency delivered by thIS TEAM OF TWO(THE DYNAMIC DUO), without a doubt!!. Their attention to detail and pleasing customer service is truly worthy of a 5 star rating from top to bottom/ front to back. Description of Work: Roll Shield is amazing. We recently had one of their hurricane shutters installed on our townhome on Clearwater Beach and love it. Greg (the owner) also helped us create hurricane guidelines for our association which was a big help. The shutter was installed over our leaky french door and now we feel like we have some protection from the elements. Thanks Greg and Tim.

Description of Work: I was very impressed with the quality of service that I received. They were very polite, professional and did an amazing job on my windows, doors and shutters. Out of the four companies that I spoke to Rollshield gave me the best price and had better quality products than the other four companies I spoke to. My salesman's name was Don and he was very knowledgeable and spent a lot of time explaining all of the products to me. He didn't pressure me into buying anything and I was very impressed with how much he followed up with me! The installers completed everything when they said they were going to. I've referred them to two people already and they were very pleased and satisfied with them as well! I would definitely recommend Rollshield to everyone that I know!

Description of Work: The representative met with us on site the very next day after we called. He talked to us about our needs, showed us samples and explained the different product alternatives, made recommendations and took measurements. The office then followed up with a phone call and an email with the quotes. No formal services were provided as the cost of the job was more than I was willing to invest on this project. However, both the office and the representative were very responsive, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. I was particularly impressed with the follow up by the office to ensure that we received the quotes.
