Ridge Top did a wonderful job replacing my roof. They did a great job on the gutters as well. They did some stucco work. I’m very pleased with the work they did and have recommended them to some of my neighbor’s.

Workmanship was okay and it was done timely I was disappointed in the final job because they didn't include things that should have been done in order to keep the price down, but should have been included. I did call them back for a quote on siding and they were well above other quotes and for less work.

The roof itself was installed well. I paid $3,000 extra to have hurricane wraps installed. When the old roof was removed, hurricane clips were already in place. All that was done was an additional nail was added to each clip. No one at the company told me that was what they did. I was promised photos of the new hardware that I have never received. I only found out that I had been shortchanged when I had a wind mitigation inspection done. When I contacted Ridge Top Exteriors they offered no solution. They also claimed that they didn’t cause damage to my gutters - they did. I had already paid for the job in full when I found out I didn’t get the complete job I paid for. The project manager’s mother was the first to respond to my one star google review, and the company’s response was protective of their position and didn’t even attempt to answer my complaints.

It was an amazing experience. They were Very reliable, professional and efficient team.

We recently had Ridge Top replace our wood gables with vinyl siding. They promptly contacted us and came out to give us an estimate along with booklets with siding types and colors. Once we decided to go with them for the job, the whole process was smooth and communication were excellent. They completed the job same day and the installation crew did a wonderful job. After completion they cleaned up the worksite so that I couldn't tell anyone had been there. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable company.

WOW!!! Tanner did an excellent job and his crew was top-notched! They took down my old roof and put the new roof on within 10 hours! They also added a new ridge vent over the garage and cleaned my gutters. My entire roof looks beautiful! Every single one of the crew was polite, professional and hard working. They left my yard cleaner than it was when they started. I’m amazed and recommend Ridge Top Exteriors!

It went pretty well. Fortunately, I was able to catch them before they had gotten too far along because they had started installing white ridge trim with the brown shingles. They had ordered the wrong color and didn't catch it prior to starting shingles.

It went well, but I was told by many ,even my banker that I paid too much for the job. It was great work and they cleaned up after themselves, which was good..Other then the price, I am satisfied with the work.

Get everything in writing $18,000 job had to be repaired multiple times promised with hand shake to fix small leak where porch meets new roof but they said it was never in the contract lost my respect only worried about the sale repairs went on too long tried to get out the easy way I will NEVER recommend to anyone

The Ridge Top experience went seamlessly well. Extremely professional, transparent, very customer service centric. Provided multiple options for what we were looking for (roof, doors, and gutters), answered all questions we had before signing the contract with them. Once work started, the crews were early, worked effortlessly, and increased the beautification of our home. There was no delay or back & forth once we decided to go with Ridge Top and they where the 4th roofing company we called for an estimate and are very happy we did. If the good citizens of the Tampa Bay area don't go with Ridge Top, they are missing out on #1. Ridge Top is second to none.

It went great. They were able to come out and confirm the diagnosis of the roof leak quicker than any of the top 10 roofing companies in Tampa Bay and then replace the Roof Vents quickly before Hurricane Dorian possibly hit us. Fantastic job by Gary and Victor and the Crew.

Great experience from beginning to end the salesperson was not pushy and sold me a repair not the entire roof on the day of the repair they arrived early and immediately went to work the expiditer was very knowledgeable and kept me informed throughout the entire process I would personally recommend Ridgetop Exteriors for any of your home improvement needs

Roof completed in a timely manor, sales stuff was extremely helpful in answering all my questions, the clean up was excellent, and above all the roof looks amazing.

It went very well. It took a little longer than we had expected but we do understand that delays happen and the Manager and Crew handled it and we were wrapped up before we knew it. The job was done perfectly, yard cleaned and we are happy with the results. We would hire Ridgetop Exteriors again in a heartbeat. Thanks to Dave and the crew.

Very, very well! The existing sliding glass door had three panels that were very heavy and the new sliding door going in had three panels and was very heavy. The job was only supposed to take about 2 to three hours. But, when the existing sliding door was taken out they discovered that it was originally installed pretty poorly, and had a lot of shims and actually a cement bag stuffed up in the top tracking area. Ridgetop went above and beyond by ensuring the new door was being installed correctly. They cemented to level out the bottom track area so that when the track was laid it would be level and not have to be shimmed. So, they ended up being here about 6 hours due to original incorrect installation and to ensure the new door was installed correctly. After they installed the new door their cleanup was meticulous. To the point of even wiping down the white vinyl and the window. Which pleased me very much because I am a neat freak. The quality of the door that was installed was excellent! It is Hurricane resistant, noise-reducing, and surprisingly for the weight of it, it slides effortlessly. All in all I am very pleased with Ridge Top exteriors! It is obvious to me that Ridgetop exteriors has great pride and confidence in their work and their products. I would absolutely, most definitely refer them to a friend or even a stranger at the grocery store!

I had my windows replaced (15) and a roof repair done it was completely finished when promised excellent detailed work I would love to hire again if needed and the communication between the ridge-top office in Tampa and I were AWESOME I GREATLY APPRECIATE YOU ALL THANKS AGAIN !

The work was started and completed on time. Ryan and James made sure to keep our home and furniture clean and safe all through the process. After the inspection was completed and satisfactory, Ryan returned to touch up all minor details he had noticed. Though we had a short list of concerns, he had taken care of all the items before we even mentioned them. Over all from the start of the process, ordering the doors from Chip and Courtney, through the installation, we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

the original contact and estimate went great, we were impressed with the salesman and happy with the terms si we agreed to have them do the work. they scheduled for the windows to be measured and ordered without issue. Following that each time a crew came to the house to work we were not informed, a big concern for us. When the roofer arrived I received a call from the salesman once he was in my yard, I told him to get his crew off my property when no one is home. He called back claiming he told the crew to leave, only to find out they finished, a blatant lie. Same thing happened with the gutter installation along with not putting up all the gutters I was paying for requiring 3 trips for the gutters instead of 1. The windows were installed with no problems and I have the highest compliments for that crew.

Gary Gordon was our contractor after the ordeal we have with Choice Roofing it was a pleasure to have someone that was committed to us. Gary help us with setting up the loan through Ygrene, or we would not been able to afford the roof which was way over its lifeline. He made all the arrangement told us what to expect and when the new roof would be installed. The team arrived at 7 as we were told they would. The job was completed the same day by 5 pm. No mess, No hassle, no waiting, completed in one day. Great job, The new roof improved the exterior home. Has increased the value of our property. I did not mention our package of warranties that were included in our home's make-over. We are going to need windows more than likely we wll have Ridge Top do the work.

Everything went well. The roof was completed in 1 day and the gutters we reinstalled a few days later. All permit inspections were passed.
