The estimate was incorrect. I told the Representative that this is an old home with a plank roof, the estimate was made based on plywood, which I told the Representative was incorrect. When the crew came, for installation, they recognized that fact, stopped the job and went out to get planks, the final bill was adjusted, with more expense to me. If the Representative had paid attention to me the estimate would have included the requisite planks. All in all, the crew was on time, respectful and professional, the job appears good. Would not say anything negative but the Representative should hear what the homeowner has to say.

Ridgetop just installed two eight foot hurricane rated sliding doors for me. Ryan & James dud an excellent, very professional job! They arrived on time and were very careful with their tools and very meticulas with the details of the install. The openings weren't square so it took extra effort to get them installed correctly. I love the doors! The afternoon sun doesn't heat up the rooms like it did. And it was such a good feeling to know if Hurricane Dorian had come this way I only have to lock the doors to be protected. Thank you for the excellent work!

Out of all the contractors that came out to quote repairs after Ian Ridgetop by far worked the hardest to help us find a way to make our home whole again and that was just the sales rep! Once a deal was made it was a flurry of activity shortly after. All the workers on site were wonderful, professional, hard working and they cleaned up extremely well! Heaven forbid we get another storm and need more repairs I'm not even shopping for another contractor. I'll be calling Ridgetop first. I love my beautiful new hidden vent soffit! I find myself just strolling around the house admiring the sharp lines and clean look. Highly recommend!

Ridge Top Exteriors was great from the start. John Correa the Project Manager was very impressive when he first came to see me! He definitely knew what he was selling. George Paniagua the Field Manager kept me up to date while the work was being done. The workers worked very hard in the hot sun and completed my roof in a day! It looks great! They were there early and didn't leave until it was done! I definitely will recommend Ridge Top Exteriors to others wanting a new roof! Thank you all!

Best service for a bigger project I could ever have imagined! I needed new siding on my house, not only did they beat out everyone else's prices, the communication couldn't have been more clear. I can't stress enough, USE RIDGE TOP EXTERIORS! Shoot, I'll even pay you to use them. Mike is the man! My dude is not only personable, his craft and efficiency speaks for itself. Also, I should have payed him more because I am beyond overjoyed with the product. Watch out competitors, your business will soon be closed. This was a great experience from start to finish. These guys helped me get a hailstorm claim through my insurance company by providing a very detailed inspection. They were also very quick to schedule and get the job completed. Once onsite it the roof was completed in 2 days including clean up and it is a huge roof. I would definitely recommend them.

I love my new windows and the process was smooth. Salesman Chris was great and the installers were very polite and professional. I will be using Ridge Top when I am ready to purchase the remaining windows!

The team at Ridge Top was great! Friendly, easy to work with, and honest. I spoke with a few different companies, and the others all made me feel rushed and talked poorly of competitors, or they offered false hopes. And they got everything set up and finalized very quickly, less work I had to do, it was great! They also set up the loan through a third party and got a great rate, better than if I got one myself (I even quoted it out ahead of time). Their price was slightly higher than others, but definitely worth it due to the efficiency, communication, and quality. Overall great experience with Ridge Top!

Great quality work! I replaced termite rotted siding with vinyl siding. These guys really turned around my home from looking like an eye sore to get back with the times in a matter of days! Chris and Mack were great to work with and their crew was excellent!

DO NOT USE this company! From start to finish absolutely the worst experience. They do not know what they are doing. They will sell you siding that they do not know how to install. They will make it up as they go along. They do not provide a working set of drawings or install drawings to the team of guys they send out to install. They do not provide side elevations of what it should look like with dimensions. The contractor who owns this company should know better. Your lic is legit right? Very unprofessional in every aspect of the construction community. The sales person will also use the “the price will increase on Monday” tactic to rush your decision. Did not meet deadline, project went on for over a month. There is a clear lack of communication within the company and with the client. They also never ask up front how or what you expect the end result to look. They make assumptions and do as they want expecting you to not be smart enough to notice or know their work does not meet industry standard. They make BS excuses for what they can and can’t do, again hoping you are not smart enough to know Or question it. I work in commercial design and this company is highly incompetent. James Hardie should pull their contract with this company. They are making the product look bad. They present to you as if they know how to install. Trust me, it will not look like how it is represented on the James Hardie website. I didn’t expect an exact match considering my home is older but seriously. They need to stop with BS excuses. The bottom line is this company is selling a product they have no idea how to install. Maybe reg plank siding but anything from the architectural line, nope. They just say it can’t be done. Well then how in the **** and why in the **** is it being shown by James hardie that it can be. Just boils down to not knowing how to install and not providing your install guys with install drawings. The PM on the project just verbally say hang it here and put some trim there and caulk it here it’ll look great! Sure sure serve me another platter of horse **** please. You’ve been warned stay away from this company!! I will be reporting this company to every agency with in the industry including James Hardie. Who should pull their dealer contract with this company.

Don't use Ridge Top Exteriors. During my confirmation call for our roof replacement appointment for Sat 9/16/22, customer service representative Alex Bell told me to "cram something up my..." I'm not kidding. That's what he yelled at me. Alex called me from 813 418 2208, and he sounded like he was high or unstable. Stay away from this company!

We contacted Ridge Top to address a water leak that was coming into our guest bedroom window from outside gable. From start to completion of work Ridge Top Exteriors did an outstanding job. Nelly did a great job on the original assessment with measurements of the job and Dennis completed repair in a few hours. I waited to do review because I wanted to make sure the leak was addressed and it's been about a month and a few heavy rains and so far so good, no signs of water intrusion. The entire job totaled more than double the quote. The foreman on the job was either drunk or the alcohol was so much so it was reeking of him. They use contractors from various companies . The first lead carpenter was angry saying the company was not paying him enough. Left the job for a few days and no one came back. They left debris in my driveway and lumber on my lawn. I had to call the fireman to get it picked up. By the way, the foreman doesn't call back, he only will text, sometimes. The next crew came, and did only specific work, left before anything could be checked. The 2bd group was sloppy work and they too do not clean their with site. I had to get the foreman back to clean up again. There was some basic areas that were not fixed. The foreman, smelling of alcohol tells me "those peices aren't in the scope.," and tells me to get worth the job appraiser who quoted us. Long story short, I had to their the foreman of the property, threaten them with contacting the Pinellas County business crimes division, and make clear I would not pay more than the deposit I left already. The foreman, stated he did not care, he gets paid anyway. After several days of contacting the main office a3 rd group of low wage contractors came out to fish the job. I WOULD RECOMMEND NO ONE EVER USE THIS COMPANY. you're better off going to ablebody labor, bedbugs that's their staff pool. You'll get a much better bang for the buck. This is not a 5 atar company! YOU BEEN WARNED, IF YOU USE THEM AND GET SCREWED, IT'S ON YOU! The pictures are of plain on the face wood rot that they simply thought, in not going to fix it. Yeah, we paid more than double, but you know, screwing your customer over is okay even further.

There were many pros and only one major con through my entire experience, but it was enough to bump my review down to 3 stars. You might think it should be lower when you get done reading this. I'll start with the negative as that is what everyone will be interested in. Job: Siding replaced on 2-story home as well as put plywood on beneath siding. In short: IF DID NOT WATCH THEM 24/7 AND CLIMB UP ON THE ROOF TO CHECK THE WORK MYSELF, I WOULD HAVE BEEN OUT estimated $8K IN SHEATHING / LABOR AND HAD A HOUSE THAT WAS SEVERELY WEAKENED AND POSSIBLY NOT UP TO CODE. Somehow, large parts of my second floor were missing siding. You could literally take the old siding off and punch a hole through through to the drywall inside with your fist. I paid a significant amount of money (estimating $8,000) to have plywood put on everywhere it was missing. The crew that came out, first off, was not given any plywood on day one and was not aware they were adding sheathing (plywood). They started putting the insulation in, and I had to come out several times during the day to tell them to stop and take it down because there was no plywood behind the insulation. On the third day, I had to leave the house all day. When I came back, all the old siding had been taken down and the insulation was put up. I climbed up on the roof with a screwdriver and POKED A HOLE THROUGH THE INSULATION RIGHT TO MY DRYWALL! The entire wall was not sheathed properly. When the crew came back, I played dumb and asked if it was done properly, and they insisted it was. Lied right to my face. I guess they didn't think I would get up and check. Well I did, and I dragged them up there with me. They mumbled something about a good catch and tore off all the insulation and started again. If I were an elderly couple, I would have been ripped off completely here and no one would have caught it. I was disgusted. The worst part was, other than an apology from the company and $200 off for non-related damage done accidentally by the installers as well as some minor items not taken care of, there was no compensation for this massive mistake. Now for the good, pretty much everything else. The house looks great a couple weeks afterwards. The vinyl siding has much more flexibility than the previous siding, but I guess that is normal. Color is great. The crew did lots of little extras and worked hard each day they were here and cleaned up the yard nicely. I thought the price was decent, and the sales rep was fine if not a bit time consuming (I guess some people are way more into the details than I am which is good if that is you). They came out to do the job 3 months ahead of schedule (only downside was I had to scramble to come up with the funds much quicker than expected). So why three out of five stars with such a horrific oversight? There are lots of moving parts in this company, and I don't think there was a full blown conspiracy by all involved to cheat me out of what I paid for. I wish the site manager would have noticed some of what I noticed, but he did not seem to be there most of the time. In the end, I believe I got what I wanted, paid them, and have moved on with my life. My experience makes me nervous for someone who might not be as agile or readily available to monitor the work as I did. If you are getting similar work done and can't micromanage the crew yourself, don't be afraid to hire someone you trust that can watch over a crew to make sure you get what you paid for. I bet a couple hundred dollars a day could save you big time in the long run. A shame it has to come to that though.

Eric who worked with us on preparing 2 separate quotes, and a different Eric who supervised the project were both very professional and customer service oriented. Ty and his partner, who did the actual work, did an excellent job of replacing siding in difficult areas with electrical, plumbing and other connections. They even added a couple of decorative touches. Would definitely recommend this firm for any siding project!

Such a major investment cannot be taken lightly and picking the right company was critically important simply because so much can go wrong. The level of service we received from Ridge Top Exteriors has been, without question, one of the best experiences in our home improvement endeavors.
