After my estimate request, Chris responded quickly, scheduled appt within a week, and offered several financing options. Tim arrived for pre and post inspections. The crew was FAST, friendly, professional, and prompt. Highly recommend for roofing, still awaiting gutter installation but I have no doubt it will be just as professional.

Geoff and his crew were wonderful. On time courteous and very tidy. Management dropped by a couple of times to ensure work was being completed to our satisfaction and it was. Would use again! Love our new ceiling.

Everyone from Gary at sales to Victor and his crew who did the work where great! We were kept in the loop during the whole process. Work was done in a very timely manner. Site foreman took extra care to make sure things were done right and I felt as if he really took "ownership" of the job. Everything was cleaned up and have not had any issues.

Everything went very smoothly. Our sales rep took the time to explain the product and the process. The work crew arrived on time in the morning, worked tirelessly and were packed up and cleaned up by 2:00 in the afternoon! Along the process, we were in contact with our sales rep, his manager and the owner of the company. Everyone was prompt at answering our questions. We felt that their job #one was to give us good product and great service and make sure we were happy with everything! The roofing job was done in one day. Perfect results both aesthetically and functionally. Our siding project encountered several hiccups along the way and ridge top's solutions we're quick and amazing. We were very glad to have these guys back and we have also referred them to other family members who used their services as well. Five stars across the board.

Had PGT windows installed. Chris was great with helping me select which windows would work best. The crew that came out to install the windows were quick and clean. Danielle worked wonders with the inspection process. Her customer service goes above and beyond. Tyler was great at putting the finishing touches on the project. Price was fair. Everyone was easy to communicate with and was top notch from beginning to end. Highly recommend!

I had two other companies come out prior to calling Ridge Top Exteriors. Both of them said they could not get the insurance to pay for. The rep fromRidge Top said he thought he could get approved . He spent 2.5 hours on the roof with the insurance adjuster and got it approved. They did it in a timely matter and did a great job. I would refer them to anyone needing a new roof. Jim StPearre

When I started looking into getting my roof replaced, I had about 10 different companies come out to give me estimates. Ridge Top sent out Chris and right away I felt like they were the right ones for the job. He clearly told me every detail. He answered every single one of my questions. After that meeting, he followed up with me through text and email. Once we made our decision, he came over asap and called my insurance company with me right there. It was a 5 minute phone call. And the process was started. I had absolutely nothing to do with the insurance. Chris handled every bit of it. Every back and forth communication with the insurance company. He also was here and on the roof with the insurance company's inspector. A week later we were approved for the full price of the roof. All we had to pay was the deductible. We were on the schedule very quickly. The crew immediately set to work. After 6 hours, they were done! They removed the old roof and replaced it entirely new in 6 hours! Everything was all cleaned up too. No mess and not a single nail. The boss walked us around the perimeter and answered all questions. Chris was there with a big smile on his face (see the last picture!). It has been over a year and we have not had a single issue with our new roof. They do fast, quality work and have outstanding customer service. I cannot express my gratitude to them for all their hard work!! This company is amazing!

Just got a quote they were over budget

We had Ridge Top Exteriors replace our Roof, Windows, and Doors a few years ago, we spent more than $40K. Fast forward to now Our roof had multiple leaks and caused more than $85K of damage, more than 75% of our house has been gutted, I have lived in construction **** now going on 4 weeks. We called them to make “repairs”, a few weeks later roof is still leaking, guy comes to repair he was here 2 days. They have been out to repair it is still leaking. Supervisor was supposed to be here tomorrow am, but now is not going to be here until 4 pm, roof is leaking so bad tonight, it is dripping down the wall... I wish I could post pics of the shorty work, damage, and mold. Run Fast, Buyer Beware!

He mentioned that Window World had installed his personal residence windows and had several issues with the product and installation crew. He said our installation exceeded requirements in many areas.

I wanted to share the positive experience I had with Ridge Top Exteriors. It started with the power house Chris Harris. He has so much energy, I was tire from watching him. He then handed me off to Victor Flores, the project manager. The team arrived on the exact day and time promised. Vic has an easy way about him and displayed a confidence that set me at ease. The team was professional and cleaned up so well there was little evidence they were here except for the new roof. The only change I would make is in the area financing. I recommend you obtain your own financing. I went with one of their offers and I am not happy with the company. I thought I would be working with them not a 3rd party. The work was outstanding, the inspector passed the job with only one suggestion he could not enforce due to this was not the initial roof. I would recommend this company for all your roof needs.

I had all the windows and one sliding glass door replaced my house. Total came to 17 thousand dollars (which after shopping around is a good price). I was told the windows would be in in two months. After several calls from me to them checking the status they arrived after 10 weeks. Windows were installed within two days by guys who knew what they were doing. They were clean and on time both days. During the install one of them ran over a driveway light (which isn’t a big deal $15 on Amazon) but I was told they would replace it when they came to install the covers on the windows after the inspection was complete. The inspector came and the job was approved. Now this is where they lose stars... I have called talk with several people about the covers that were suppose to be installed after a month nothing has happened. Every person I’ve talk to, told me they would get back to me either the next day or the day after but nothing. I have told them I can do it but I need a little direction on how but still radio silence. You would think that after $17000 they could call me back but nope. So if you want to work with a company they takes your money does some of the job then doesn’t call you back when there’s issues hire Ridge Top. The Ridge Top team was excellent throughout the entire process. They kept me up to date with the entire project and was able to replace the windows in a timely manner. I would not hesitate to recommend Ridge Top Exteriors and I will be calling them in the future for other exterior work.

I am a new homeowner and they made it so easy for me to get my roof redone. If i have any other house work that needs done i already know who i am going with. Also, their customer service was astounding!! They explained everything to me without making me feel dumb, and walked me through the whole process. I absolutely love my new roof!!!

In 2013 I had my roof, soffit and gutters replaced by RidgeTop. That experience was very good, but that's what I expected from a quality contractor. In 2017, we had a windstorm and a section of fascia come loose. I reached out to the local rep and he had it replaced as a warranty repair. In April 2020, more wind and another section of fascia needed attention. I went to contact Ridge Top and found that they had closed their local office (St. Louis). Frankly, at this point I expected to be on my own. I went ahead and reached out to their main office in Madison, WI with my situation and a photo of the problem. I have to say the service I've received was spectacular. I got a prompt email reply and was told I would hear from their Service Department. The next day, Beau Crawley reached out and confirmed they would get the problem corrected. In spite of the fact that they no longer have personnel in my region, they made arrangements with one of the established, local roofing companies to replace the fascia. They came by, confirmed the color and replaced the section necessary so it looked consistent. Ridge Top earned this review by standing behind their product and installation. Every business is going to have problems. The way they responded to mine really set them apart and has been greatly appreciated.
