This company started my window project back in July. The sub contractor installed EVERY window improperly and not to county code. The installer were very unprofessional and damaged much of my house during the process. Been in contact with management for the last few months concerning it to no avail. The company then tried to just cover up the issue vs fixing it. Now they are saying that BEFORE they fix the issues they want me to pay in full with no price break for all the hassle. Keep in mind that all of this happened while I was an employee. The owner cussed me out when I tried discussing the matter with him to get it resolved. Imagine how they will treat you!!

Excellent experience. Great customer service. Roof was replaced in 1 day super fast , excellent job. Great experience with sales agent Nelly Gordon she is very knowledgeable, caring and helpful. Would highly recommend her and Ridge Top Exteriors

Horrible. They came out to the house and measured everything. I was told the estimate would be done in the office. Ok. He told me later that he'd have to come back to the house to give me the estimate and wouldn't give it to me over the phone or via email like every other company. We made the appointment and he never showed. I tried to get ahold of the rep afterwards and again he told me he'd have to come back to the house to give me the estimate and refused to give it to me via phone or email. We made yet another appointment. Again, he did not show, this time claiming car trouble. I told he was my hold up in making the decision and I would make it with or without his estimate the following day. He then finally agreed to email me the estimate. That was over a month ago. I still haven't received the estimate. Extremely unprofessional and a total waste of my time. I would NOT recommend getting any quotes from Ridgetop.

Overall, I would have to say they did a good job and we love the new windows and door. They also really go out of their way to please their customers. Despite this, our job was not without problems. The first problem we had was that our contracted price was apparently too low and we were advised the company could not perform the work at the contracted price, so they were cancelling the contract. We did work this out and we got what we wanted at the contracted price but it was a situation that should not have happened. The second issue was that the literature they give to potential customers says the windows will be done in 6 weeks. Ours took almost 8 weeks (52 days). One of the windows has a defect and needs to be replaced so we are still waiting for the job to be completed (it's been almost 10 weeks). The last issue we had is that their subcontractor used the wrong bolts for the hurricane shields. We were supposed to have the ones that are flush with the wall, but instead, he used some that stick out about an inch from the wall. These are ALL OVER our house. They will be replaced, but we were a little irritated that the wrong ones were used in the first place. We even asked the subcontractor about it and were told, "These are all I use. I don't know what they're talking about." Ridge Top is great, but some of their subcontractors leave a lot to be desired. Shane (who was the lead installer) was great and Mike (his helper) was great, but the other two hired to work on the house were less than impressive. If you're thinking of hiring this company, just be forewarned that they use subcontractors. Overall, we're happy with the new windows and door and might consider using them again in the future now that we know what to look out for.

I couldn't have asked for a more professional service provided to me from start to finish with Ridge Top Exteriors. From the start of the quoting process they handled everything professionally and were true to their word about the quality of the products used and their workmanship. The best part was when they thought maybe something else needed to be done to protect my investment they took it into their hands to suggest to me and stuck with their original quote. I give them an A+ for the way they run their business.

From the beginning their professionalism was superb. I was impressed by the amount of communication Ridgetop Exteriors provided. My questions and concerns were addressed promptly. I expected weeks and weeks and weeks before my windows would be installed per other companies I had called. Ridge top Exteriors had my project complete within four weeks and got everything right and not only that my Salesman followed up to be sure I was completely satisfied and made sure the installers cleanup was immaculate. They didn't miss a beat with customer service. Thank you Ridgetop Exteriors I know if future projects occur who to call.
