 + 1 moreMy wife and I bought a foreclosed house back in July and did a major renovation. Part of the renovation included completely new soffit and fascia, and new pavers and new stucco on two side of the house. Price was an initial selling point for us based on the other bids we received, and fortunately the savings did not translate to inferior work. In fact, my good friend, a for G.C. personally inspected the work and gave the work a big thumbs up. From Day 1 all the way until completion, the entire experience with R.I.A. was a pleasure. Everyone was pleasant to work with and we were more than impressed with the outcome. If you are considering a project (with stucco, soffit, fascia, pavers), please please please give R.I.A a shot.
