Andrey and his associate came out and in less than a day repaired the cracks in my chimney and re stucco d the top half. He told me he's be back to paint on Tuesday and showed up right when he said he would. This would have been a 5 rating if when it came time to pay they accepted credit cards as they listing shows. Andrey said they only accepted checks at this time, so reluctantly I gave him one. It throws my budget off as I was planning to have to pay the full amount next month, and get some travel miles in addition. If they are no longer accepting credit card payments they should update their listing and web site. It was worth the price and they did good work, but this left a bad taste in the end

We have been going through an entire home renovation on a fixer upper we bought. It has been a nightmare! Our first GC was horrible and because of such poor quality subcontractors we took over on the hiring of trades. That’s when I met Ivan. As usual, I made my list of soffit fascia companies that had great reviews and started to smile and dial to make appointments to get quotes. Let’s just say this...due to our issues with roofline etc, NO OTHER company could figure out what to do! Most said what Ivan did couldn’t be done! Well, let me tell you...Ivan did it and it looks great! You will not be disappointed! His crew was incredible to work with! If I could give 10 stars I would!

R.I.A. was hired based on their Angi listing, Angi reviews, their website, the prejob interviews and estimate comparison with 3 other bids. Also they are right here in Clearwater, FL. The project was replacing rotten T1-11 wood panels on an upper right gable of my townhouse along with some cedar trim, fascia and soffit. I started out thinking of using fiber cement siding but I had to match exactly the materials on the other townhouses in the development. Because I couldn't make up my mind about what I wanted to do Ivan had to come out twice to estimate the same job. Thank you Ivan for doing that. It paid off because I hired him. Once I gave the go ahead they didn't waste any time; the crew started work within about a week. I was concerned about some forecast rain damaging the brand new T1-11 panels so the crew worked around that and did the soffit and fascia first and the panels and trim the day after the rain (a little rain probably wouldn't have hurt the bare panels, but I got no argument from the R.I.A. crew; they ARE out to please the customer). I was concerned about the new wood panels lasting over time so they added some flashing that wasn't done by the last contractor and also shimmed the bottom of the panels up off of the roof line to my satisfaction. Even though they were not doing any painting they did do some caulking. The crew of two got a good start each of the two mornings, worked hard, efficiently (I don't think they took a lunch break) and knew what they were doing. Also I watched them do most of the work and the crew leader was a friendly guy. All the wood panels and trim pieces were fit in very nicely. They cleaned up as expected and I have no complaints. I would use them again. They did give the senior 5% discount and listed what is in their warranty. Working with this contractor was a good experience.

Ivan and his teams were wonderful to work with! They all did a fantastic job at a very reasonable price. I had 3 different services done and all 3 teams were very nice, respectful and completed the job to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again in the future.

Highest recommendation given for this company. Every appointment was kept timely, communication outstanding even through weather delays, and their workmanship and materials are great. The company gave a very competitive estimate out of three companies contacted and made a sensible recommendation on additional exterior home maintenance that could be performed at the same time. No high pressure sales attempts at any time. Absolutely will consider them for future needs.

I was very pleased with the work done by this company. They started a day early on the job, cleaned up as they were going and did a fantastic job.....I would highly recommend this company.

Working with Ivan was a pleasure. He explained everything in detail to me and answered all of my questions. The team (Mario) doing the siding and soffits were very efficient, polite and cleaned up after themselves. My finished siding and soffits look amazing. It looks like I have a new house. I would definitely recommend RIA construction to anyone.

Everything went really well. Ivan came out and gave me a quick estimate of $2,700, then after he sent me the actual proposal it was a little less than that. They completed all the soffits on the first day and then all the gutters and downspouts after. Everything looks really nice and I'm happy with the outcome.

Ivan and his team are very professional. They seem to take pride in doing things the correct way and not cutting corners. Everything looks fantastic. There were a couple of issues after the install, but after I pointed them out they were out the next day to fix them and apologized for the inconvenience. I would definitely use them again.

My house was built in 1955 and old wood had to be replaced. Ivan came out gave me a estimate and was able to perform the work within a week. The crew was excellent at their work. Would hire again

Fabulously! Ivan and his crew came through for us in a pinch, remedied issued that had to be fixed before roof replacement that was already scheduled and saved the day, the construction timeline & our bacon! Then they came back after the roof and installed soffits & wrapped facia for a stunning finished look that changed the exterior/curb appeal in a heartbeat. The process and equipment is impressive, the crews adept and skilled at what they do very efficiently and the clean, finished and”tight” result so desirable. Their pricing is incredibly reasonable and the guys who knock out the work are cheerful and personable. Great experience & Great result!

Ivan was awesome!! He was very efficient, professional and polite. I was amazed at his craftsmanship. I would highly recommend him and I would use him again. I needed work completed in a short amount of time, he worked on the project until after dark with his head lamp on to assure the job was completed on time. He took time to take care of details on the project and he cleaned up everything afterwards.

I recently contacted RIA Construction to have my home’s fascia and soffit replaced with aluminum. I wanted to be cautious about who I hired because of previous negative experiences. I called Ivan and explained the work I needed performed. He knew exactly what I was talking about and agreed on a date and time where he could come check out the house. Ivan was punctual to the appointment time, extremely professional and had samples available of the materials for me to choose from immediately. The crew that came to do the work was impressive. They were professional, knew exactly what they weee doing and cleaned up afterwards. I final found a company that delivered the work agreed upon, on time and most of all, the house looks great. RIA Construction has earned a customer for life. I absolutely highly recommend this company.

I reached out for a contractor on April 9th, 2018. I never so much as even got an e-mail or a call from this company. In fact, only one of the three recommended to me responded and after coming out to examine the site, "he" never submitted a bid to me. I don't know what happened with RIA Construction. They must not have needed the work.

Ivan was very responsive following my contact. A fair, reasonable price was provided. The work was done expeditiously with ingenuity, excellent craftsmanship and quality.

Ivan's crew did a great job, and the final product looks great. I expanded the scope multiple times and Ivan was always accommodating and happy to help, and Ivan did a pretty good job fielding my never ending questions. His estimate was very fair, and I never got the sense he was trying to "up sell" me on anything. Rather, he was trying to talk me down from spending money on repairs that I did not need. He was very knowledgeable and offered a frank appraisal of the the water intrusion situation at my house. I was at work while most of the work was performed, but the few times I made it home to check on the work, the same worker (Viatli) was there. Really friendly guy who was always willing to walk me through what work was done that day, explain any issues, and answer any questions. Every day, the work site was cleaned up and they were very respectful of my property. I trusted these guys enough to leave my house unlocked during the day in case something came up (see below). A story really drives home how professional these guys are: the electrical in my house is a little shaky, and one day we came home and one of the breakers was blown. No big deal, it happens. But we couldn't get the breaker to reset. I told Ivan and he told Vitali, who reached out to me and explained that the breaker had probably been blown by the air compressor he was using but that he would look into it. The next day he asked if he could reset the breaker, and asked whether there were any electronics that needed to be continually powered or would otherwise have issues with being reset. (I thought this was pretty thoughtful.). He texted me later that day and said the breaker had been reset and that the source of the problem was not the compressor but rather he had nicked a wire while working on a portion of the exterior wall. There was no damage or anything of the sort (again, these things happen), but I was stunned that he was so honest about it. Most contractors would be more than happy to let you keep on thinking that an error on a project is your home's fault and not theirs. To me, it spoke to the fact that these guys are professionals. But here's the kicker. I came home expecting to have to reset all the clocks in the house, but I realized that all the clocks were set to the correct time but still blinking. It dawned on me that Vitali had waited until noon exactly to flip the breaker so that when the clocks reset at 12:00 they would still tell the correct time for the rest of the day. This is such a minor thing, and I wouldn't have minded at all having to reset them myself, but it really spoke volumes to me that he actually thought through the situation to figure out how to minimize any burden on me. What it tells me is that the same level of care went into fixing my walls, and that is the exactly the kind of confidence you want to have when you are paying to have work done where you can only see the finished veneer and not the underlying, hidden parts. Since the walls were redone, we have been pounded by rain storm after rain storm. There have been no leaks in the walls, and no additional moisture in the slab. The finalized product looks great, and I now feel confident about what was previously the most vulnerable part of my home. I will definitely use RIA again for future projects and repairs.

These guys are 10++++!!!! Ivan came out fast, on time, kept us up to date with texts. Very fair price. His guys are fast and the hardest working guys to ever work on our house or property! Hire them. You will be happy!
