Curtis and his apprentice Eris (or Arris?) were extremely courteous & thorough. There were unexpected complications & they worked on the situation for as long as it took.Kept me informed as the situation changed.

Curtis came out and did a great job for me replacing old halogen spotlights with LED spotlights. Plus he was great to just work with. Very reasonable rates. I will use them again and recommend them.

I needed my electric panel replaced for a home inspection. Michael sent Curtis over the next business day. Curtis was prompt, very courteous, efficient, and helpful! He explained everything that needed to be done. He also put in GFS sockets by the sinks. Then I had a problem with another contractor, who cut the line to my water heater and Michael rearranged work schedules, sent Curtis back out to fix the line and got the work done the very next hour after I called them. Would absolutely recommend this company and will continue to use them for all my electrical issues!

Bought my first home and needed a few extra outlets in the garage along with a new drop for a ceiling fan. Originally was told an electrician would be at my house from 1-3. Apparently the guy was running late and I never got a call. After speaking with the company about the issue, they appeared generally sorry and wanted to make it right in which they did. As for as the work, Trent showed up bright and early ready to go. He explained several options and even pointed out some things to keep an eye out on the future all without feeling any sales pressure. In the end, the work was clean and so was my house. Red Royal - you have a very professional and hard working employee!

The technician used booties to cover his shoes indoors. I was OK with the rate quoted but as a retiree I wish the reasonable cost could have been a little more reasonable. Give Red Royal a 4.75 for value, not 4.5.

I would have given them a five across the board but just as they were leaving - my A/C did not work. While they were working in the attic somehow the power to the A/C was disconnected. Since they had not pulled out of the driveway - they came back and fixed.

The electricians fixed a couple of small problems, but one reoccurred within days. Their estimate to install carriage lights on either side of our garage door is very high. We are seeking other estimates.

Michael (owner) called shortly after I scheduled online to firm up the appointment time. He was on time for the work, was very friendly, very professional, and did an excellent job. He added a double outlet with a TV cable access and recessed into our brick fire place. Looks terrific! He also added an light fixture box and switch.
