Brandon at Royal Red electric installed a fan and outlet on patio. It looks great and done in a very timly manner.

Jayson and Cesar came out to upgrade our electrical panel, and did an amazing job. They both are very knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and patient. I highly highly recommend this company, and will never use anyone else! These two deserve a raise for how amazing they are.

Armando and Adrian from Red Royal Electric did a fantastic job on my EV Charger installation. Quick and tidy work, they did everything asked for and more. I would absolutely recommend these gentlemen for any home electrical work.

The electrician arrived an hour late and then left to go shopping for supplies. The man was nice but did not seem knowledgeable. Kept talking on the phone with someone giving him instructions on how to complete the job (rewire the water heater). He did not clean up the hallway well. Also, I needed an electrical outlet changed to GFI. He started the job but could not complete it as he did not have the box. He capped off the wires and now I have no electricity from that outlet and have another company coming tomorrow to fix it. He also tacked on a $49 service fee even though I had the work done and asked several times before work started about how to get a coupon. I called their office to find out about the service fee and was told that is what the owner wants. Tonight I see on their Facebook page that they are claiming no service fee if work is performed. I have been taken! So disappointed!!

Red Royal Electric Inc sent Matt Nicholson to our home assess the electrical issues we wanted addressed. He showed up on time on the day scheduled. He spent as much time as we needed going over every issue and request that we had. It did take some time, but he was very patient, attentive and thorough. Matt gave us options to do the work in phases, if we wanted to. Because we had a "laundry list" of things to go over, he was only able to do some of the work that day. Two business days later, Matt came back to finish the work. He did an excellent job of installing 2 ceiling fans, 3 outdoor security lights (one had to be accessed from the attic). He replaced, removed , relocated, rerouted and repaired wiring and switches, and installed a light and with a light switch in our attic. Ryan accompanied Matt on the job to help with all the work. He was very knowledgeable and a hard worker. We were fortunate to have both electricians working in our home. We have used Red Royal Electric Inc in the past just once. I'm pleased that we decided to go with them again. When I needed to contact the office, I was able to speak with a person. They really strive to be on time, professional, thorough and even thoughtful.

I'm an estates manager and have used several electricians over the years - never stayed with one until Red Royal. I was given a good referral for them and from start to finish each job they have performed very professionally. Highly recommended.

David the electrician talked me into stopping my whole house protection from Duke Energy and he installed 2 surge protectors. One was for the main electrical panel and the other for the A/C condenser at a cost of $655.00. Last year, the one on the A/C condenser blew out, leaving a big hole in the surge protector and a huge black mess on my wall from it burning up. Now I will have to pay another electrician to take the charred mess of plastic off. Needless to say, I am back with Dukes whole house protection and it is only $7.99 per month.

Milan and Avery were on time, very professional and knowledgeable. I feel that Red Royal Electric is on the cutting edge of technology from confirming the appointment, through the project and paying the invoice.
