David, the service man that installed the lights was very gentlemanly and did his work without delay. The price was fair for the job. David also answered our questions politely.

Trent arrived on time, was, very knowledgeable, and worked around some difficult scheduling issues to repair some marina/dock electrical issues prior to a dredge of our marina. We will place Red Royal on the preferred contractor list for our townhouse association.

Wonderful service and work.

The Red Royal Electric team exceeded my expectations. The team installed new LED light fixtures and switches in the kitchen and foyer. I wanted the old plastic ceiling panels and florescent light fixtures in the kitchen removed and replaced with a new modern look. Based on discussions with the owner Michael and photos, Red Royal designed a ceiling with crown modeling trim and indirect lighting. I have multiple projects occurring in this newly purchased condo and Red Royal worked in partnership with the other contractors and respected the guidelines of the condo HOA. I highly recommend Red Royal Electric for your project.

Very courteous and professional.

The company responded right away. They explained the job, said my electrician would arrive with a truck full of equipment to fix any situations that came up. Trent showed up on time and stayed late till the job was done. I needed an outdoor outlet installed. The power there also fed my refrigerator so a whole new line had to be installed from the power in the attic. Trent went into the sweltering attic several times, stayed late to get the job done right and installed a new breaker just for the outdoor outlet with a gfs safety fuse. Love this guy and company. Im calling them back for another job.
