The electrician who came out was Trent. We had a fluorescent fixture that needed repair. Trent upgraded the fixture to LED technology and did a great job. He was professional and courteous and left a clean work area. I would recommend this company.

Pro arrived when he said he would. He was friendly and professional and was able to replace an electrical outlet, a doorbell and an outside front door light. I thought he did a great job and felt the price was reasonable.

Pleased with end result, feel strongly the tech did a good job and put safety first. The cost was more than I would have liked, it was a challenging task and did take some time but still felt it was on the higher end and likely too much.

He could only test my fuse as an air bed pump is not working, and he said the ceiling fan will have to be completely replaced with extra charge for him getting the same model in order to guarantee it. Otherwise it may cost $125 to reinstall and perhaps not work right. Thus, I feel they're a bit expensive, but Jeff was friendly and trustworthy in my opinion. He also said my one broken outlet in a backup battery would necessitate replacing the entire battery, which I can't afford.

Michael was professional and came out quickly after the Hurricane. My only disappointment is that I did not receive an itemized statement/ invoice. Update 12/8/17 Itemized invoice was received and additional work was done. The electrician David was professional and completed the work quickly. I would definitely hire them again.

Michael the owner of the company contacted me within seconds of complete my request for an Electrcian. He was extremely helpful over the phone & had 2 men arrive the next day to look at the job. Trent, aka (ZEK) & Aras showed up the next day and worked all day. They were both very professional, & extremely knowledgeable! Trent stayed until everything was completed & left no dirt behind! We are planning to do a kitchen renovation & will defiantly contact Red Royal Electric to do the job! I am in sales, & appreciate the personal attention the whole company provided.

Trent and crew did a great job. He was very professional and helpful in making suggestions for improving the lighting layout. The lights supplied are great and we are enjoying a greatly improved kitchen area.
