The work done was fine, but the wait to have them show up was too much. .. hours late!

MIKE the owner came by yesterday and addressed my concerns. Electrician Dave came by today and did a terrific job. I am very pleased and everything's done to my satisfaction.

Good explanation of exactly what was being done, as well as pointing out some non-urgent things that could become issues in the near future if not addressed. Allowed us to formulate a plan for addressing those issues at a more reasonable pay-as-we-go pace.

I find that the best way to find out how someone's service really is, is to see how they handle a problem. There was a problem on my job but whenever I called the owner he responded in a very positive manner. He resolved my issue in a very professional manner and I was quite happy with my experience after talking with him.
