Red Royal Electric worked with my schedule and theirs to complete the project ( the first electrician called in sick so they arranged another to be at my condo on time). Excellent! He arrived on time , quoted my project on the spot and started the work immediately and did an outstanding job. I was a little taken aback over the cost since I have not hired an electrician in many years but I am very much pleased with his professionalism and work. Will definitely use this company again.

The scheduler had issues with our request for appointment. Gave specific time and she scheduled a different time?? Received a few different emails of confirmation times?? The electrician was outstanding with his service but as I mentioned the scheduler has issues,

Good customer service from all concerned. Tavi replaced my outlet and explained what the problem was. He was very efficient and very pleasant.

Red Royal was great by waiving my service call when the electrician didn't make the original time slot. They were on time for the rescheduled appointment and listened to my concerns and were very courteous. I liked the no pressure approach and charges by the service and not time. I would recommend Red Royal Electric.

The guys who came to my house were super friendly and professional. Jeff explained everything he was going to do and what the cost would be. They may have been a little pricey, but I don't have much to compare them to. My peace of mind is worth the $$$. I'm not big on letting strangers in my house, but my regular electrician was on vacation. I will be using Red Royal from now on.

Jeff was on time and very thorough. Red Royal is an excellent company. Jeff came back the next day to fine tune some issues.

Jeff was very knowledgeable and understood what I wanted to accomplish with backyard flood lights. He offered options for all the jobs. His team did an excellent job.

They were very good and explained things as they were working. They showed me what caused the problem and how they were going to fix it. I liked that they charged by the job and not the hour. I was given a good estimate up front and they had what they needed to complete the job on their truck. I would definitely hire them again.

Not thinking the first electrician really understood the type of light being installed the owner did come out and fix the problem and I thank him, working like a champ.

I was nervous on the price before I hired this company but found the price was less than I thought. Jeff and Brandon were courteous and let me know the price before the work began. They did an excellent job.
