 + -1 moreShould have been under $250 for the job and I was ripped off for almost $900. Parts are a multiple of what reputable companies use. Same day service was next day. Kept trying to get me to buy more. Was told that there was a discount and was denied one. The proverbial straw was wanting to charge $180 for new rollers that I was able to buy the same quality for $12.99 at Amazon. Just say no to these folks.

 + -1 moreTerrible. I was first quoted $1300 to repair my garage opener. I said that was too high. Then he said he could do it for $900 but I would still need to buy a $200 motor. Again I said it was too high. He finally said he would do it for $800. I said no and told him to leave. I called Lowes and in 3 days the came out and installed a new door opener for $129.00. I hope this company does not take advantage of any other people. In my opinion he was a fraud.

The centerpiece of each is a Linear LDCO800 DC Drive, which opens and closes the doors almost noiselessly. From all indications, Christian did a first rate job in every respect, and he helped us program the HomeLink systems for our cars after he finished the installation.

He came in a very timely manner, was very professional and extremely helpful providing information and answering any questions I had and even provided information for anticipated questions that I would have. While the quote was more than I anticipated, the professionalism he exhibited me assured me that he represented a quality, reliable company. There was no pressure to schedule an installment.

Spent at least an hour with me--explained what went wrong, replaced the control unit, helped me reset my garage door openers to the new control unit for my cars, lubricated the wheels and tracks, and taught me how to extend the life of the door and moving parts.

The work was done a few weeks ago and the garage door is looking good and solid. I would definitely hire this company again.
Description of Work: The door had not been maintained since 2010 and had a section that was actually seperating from the other sections. There were several parts that were worn out and had to be replaced. Matthew was very detailed in explaining what the issues were and the required rework.

They took the time to show us how to maintain the door. Very professional at all times. Another company had a lower price but had problems coming when they said they would, kept postponing. We didn't mind paying a little more for a superior product and professional staff.

Called for an appointment @ 9am and Joe showed up within the window they provided, about 2 hours later. Joe was very helpful and I would recommend Precision Garage again.
