It was fantastic. We’ve used them twice. The technician was very nice, timely and knowledgeable. He ended up replacing the motor that was 17 years old and very loud. It is whisper quiet now.

Very thorough work by technician, friendly, answered every question. Well worth the money!

Bryan showed up time and called me before he came over. He fixed my garage door that was not shutting properly. It was a good price!!. He adjusted the cables, replaced rollers and door and rewired the sensors. A good and professional job. I will use them again.

They made a planning error on the last offer on Angies list and refunded me in total. After telling them that I live in Polk they saw the mistake and promised to do the offer for free. Today (11-28-14) a very professional nice young men gave the door a new weather slab and service. I would recommend this company highly.

I had purchased 100.00 angies special deal with this company. Garage door opener system is very old and extremely noisy. The tech made recommendations and completed the work very quickly. He explained everything. The system is like brand new! I am very happy with their work!

The motor was shorting out on my garage door and the technician replaced the motor plus the drive chain and installed an outside remote. I also received one remote for the car. The technician was here approximate an hour and the charge was $1915.00. He did give me a breakdown on the cost before he repaired it and said it was very reasonable. I paid by check and I later saw an add in your flyer that states that a NEW door could be purchased starting at $799. I called the company and complained about the excessive charge and the add for the new door. In return they sent me a check for $225. The total cost of the repair to the door cost me $1,690. This was ONLY a repair, not a new door. I believe these companies take advantage of elderly people who live alone. I needed the door fixed and did not want to call someone else and wait.

Frank (technician) very professional and curteous. Tried to remedy old opener's problems first and offered several solutions. Honored all coupons.

Service Tech arrived promptly as scheduled. He was honest enough to say that we didn't need the roller replacement service. He did recommend other repairs/services we could benefit by, but we weren't interested at this time. No service was provided and we would like to have a refund for the $89.00. Thank you very much.

He replaced garage door opener mechanism. He replaced the bottom piece of the door. He also addressed my outside control panel. I was very pleased with his work. Keith was very personable.

I contacted Precision Overhead Garage Door Service through Angie's List. I spoke with their office in the morning and they were at my home, on time, that same afternoon. The technicians were courteous, professional and informative. The service was excellent and I could not have asked for more. I will certainly use them again should the need arise.

My technician Doug was great. This company really seems to know how to value its employees and customers. It's rare to find a company these days that can provide great service at a fair price and still manage to treat its employees well. Doug really did a great job and my heavy 2 car garage door now works better than it ever has. I'd recommend and use again in a second.

josh called me to let me know that he would be late for my appointment time. this I appreciated very much. when he did arrive he stayed and finished my job on the day it was supposed to be done, even though it was quite late in the evening when he was finished. josh did the job completely til the end and did it correctly and definitely to my satisfaction. The young man who was sent was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He replaced the cushion that keeps bugs and other things out of my garage. I thought it was time since my original cushion was over 23 years old. He also got rid of the terrible squeak when the door was opening or closing. He also changed the bulb that was in my opener which I couldn't reach. He was fast and courteous and I couldn't have been happier. I will always use Precision when I have garage door issues.

It went well beyond my expectations. Sean Smith arrived on time, he went over what needed to be repaired and provided an estimate. One hour later my garage door was repaired. I would recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone.

John showed up as scheduled. Informed me of everything he was going to do. He was very courteous and professional. Very satisfied with services provided and highly recommend. However, I never received an invoice as promised via e-mail for services.

Was also suppose to put in nylon rollers and do other things that would make my garage door work better. MY DOOR IS LOUDER THAN BEFORE!!!!!!!! Except for the opener and key pad the basically sold me a spray of WD-40 for $249.00 and called it a BARGAIN with a coupon that was $100.00. Will NEVER, EVER, call them again, or recommend them to anyone. I feel like I got robbed. Completely ROBBED!

The repair was fine. Except I didn't get the bill/invoice until after the service person left. I thought that the costs for the parts that were replaced were extremely high. As a result, I went to the internet to check on the cost of individual parts and here are the results: they charged $110 for a set of cables, on the internet they were $12 delivered; They charged $175 for one spring (I needed 2), on the internet it was $35 delivered; They charged $120 for a galvanized shaft, on the internet it was $20. Enough said.

Very well. Showed up on time and inspected old unit and garage door. Found that the springs were not assisting the door and had to replace them. Removed old opener and installed new opener and springs. Finished the job and cleaned up the mess and made sure everything was in working order.

It went great. Everything worked fine. Ryan was very thorough and explained everything when he was done and discounts that we could look for in the future to update springs, etc.
