It came out just fine. The big deal price was $89. I had some additional work done. That was an additional charge. The total was around $139.

Wow, what a great experience. Don't look at any other garage door company. This one is awesome... Carlos Morales was a class act service professional. He called prior to arriving, showed up on time, reviewed existing issues I explained and gave me two options to fix to my satisfaction. Price of honest, very competitive with other providers and he had the garage door working expectionally within a couple of hours. I was very impressed with his professionalism and neatness and he even helped me move some of the furniture out of the way. I won't use any other company than Precision and will ask for Carlos to come out if I need any further work done, which I can't anticipate needing. Unit is guaranteed and works like a dream. I'm so very happy and exceptional company.

He was friendly, listened to what I needed to tell him. He suggested what I needed to get the door to work perfectly. The overall experience was good.

He did some extra things without necessarily charging me an arm and a leg which I appreciated. The garage door opener responsible for pulling the door was a short cable and he actually located that and fixed the short for free. What stood out to me was the fact instead of charging for something he could have he just quickly and easily did something that he didn't have to do necessarily.

Ed was prompt, clean and professional. He even fixed a problem with the light bulb not working on the opener that had been there since the original installation. He knew right away what the problem was as soon as I explained the symptoms.

Great job. The old seal was removed and and replaced with a new one that fits much better, as promised. The service person gladly answered questions and provided good information. We would hire Precision Garage Door again.

Great! We called on January 28 and they came out the next day! Our technician Ryan was fantastic! He was well mannered, friendly, & knowledgeable. He called to tell us he was on the way. He arrived with in the first 15 minutes of the two- hour time frame. He did a quality check of our garage door, installed the opener, and installed all the added accessories before the two-hour window was over! I was thoroughly impressed with the overall experience! I would recommend Precision Doors to my family, friends, neighbors, and even my personal company's clients!

Called at 2:30 PM with opener issues on an old opener and had a new opener installed, new spring, wheels, bearings and all set for another decade by 6:00 PM. Wonderful experience and Carlos the technician was fantastic, explaining everything in detail and very efficient. Highly recommended and Carlos was fantastic. Carlos called 15 minutes before arrival, explained all options, super recap of all work performed when done and instructions, cleaned up when left. Can't say enough good things about this experience.

Originally, a seal was put on the bottom of my garage door. The seal stuck to the floor causing the door to jump up and down and sometimes not even open at all. John, the senior rep with the company called me and came out and took a look at the door. It turned out that the seal wasn't the problem. So he came out today and put down a new threshold and side seals. They are experts. I had mentioned in my last review that the garage door stuck. I should have called them first, because when they read the review, they offered to fix the door and give me the money back that I paid for the prior service. Thank you John for your service. Arrived at the scheduled time. Removed the old seal and replaced it. Lubricated the track. Cleaned everything up. Took less than an hour.

My husband doesn’t think what it’s made out to be before it advertising of what they could out to be. He is little disappointed but they it. My husband said that with the garage door wasn’t work it right so the guy fixed it but it too combined it to figure it out. The gentlemen just to spray WD40 on the opening doors thing and he replaced our steel rollers with plastic rollers and took the steel rollers with them and they were originally on the door. So, I think steel would hold up better than plastic but he took the steel rollers with them. We were questioning whether it was really fixed or not but turn out we haven’t had anything fierce wrong with a fixing but it was just he done in 10 minutes. The price that he deals with his work was way will too high for what he did. They would make the door a lot quieter than it just as loud as before.

It turned out okay. It was pretty good. They came out right on time. They ended up doing a little more repair work. It did cost more but I got more than I had originally purchased. They arrived on time. They were courteous and professional.

great, door shuts smoother and quiter. gave us a quote on some other issues they saw with the door that could be repaired at a later time. would deff use them again.

They did the best they could. I have a system that is not new. I had to call them a second time. They were not able to help the second time, but they still did a good job. I've been using them long before I was a member of Angie's List. The person that came was very knowledgeable about the work he was doing. I have two houses and they have worked on both. His suggestions have all been correct.

Service Tech was right on time and very courteous and professional. He took his time to explain what he was doing and why. He was very knowledgeable and did a great job fixing our door. It works great now! There was a misunderstanding regarding what was quoted vs. what was charged. The Company corrected it immediately with no questions asked. Clearly, this is a Company that prides itself in quality, top-notch customer service and stands firmly behind its brand and reputation. We will certainly used them again in the future and will not hesitate to recommend them to our friends and family.

I found them ong Angie's List. It was the cheapest rubber seal on the bottom of the garage door that I have ever seen. Within a week of the guy installing it, it started to come loose. I glued it back but it came loose again. It wasn't worth the $39. I have not had any problems with that garage door opener until he inspected it. Within a week of him inspecting the overhead opener, it started to fail. It got progressively worse. I had to have the garage door opener replaced. I would not let Precision in my property again.

I contacted Precision Overhead Garage Door on 1/16/2015 requesting an estimate to replace my garage door opener and to have my springs checked (found out the correct size was never installed when we had the house built) as it took two people to lift the garage door when the previous opener went bad. I was told by the office that they could have someone out the same day. Mr. James Rodey from Precision Overhead Garage Door arrived within the time frame I was given. He introduced himself and I told him what I was looking for and he suggested a LiftMaster Garage Door Opener. He also stated I was correct as he could see that the incorrect springs were installed. He had all of the particular items I requested in his vehicle and was able to completely install a new garage door opener, the correct springs, etc. right away. After meticulously installing the garage door opener, etc. he went over everything I needed to know to operate the new opener. I am very impressed with both Mr. Rodey and Precision Overhead Garage Door.

Very good service. Bearings were replaced and I paid a bit extra for that, but that's fine with me. The original deal on Angies List included only the tune up. But no complaints on what they charged me.

Service technician Tom Naporano was very proffessional and courteous. Explaiined the work that had to be done. Did an excellent job on repairing my garage door. The door is very quiet when it goes up and down. Will use him again if I need work on my garage door. Very prompt service!

Arrived on time & did what was expected.
