It had broken in half. |We had him put nylon rollers on the door instead of the cheap metal roller so it would reduce the noise. He also set the buttons in my vehicle so I could press them & not have to use the garage opener. As of now he needs to come back b/c it's not working properly. He took care of the main issue easily...

Description of Work: Purchased Big Deal for $89 to "tune up" the door. Serviceman who came out said we needed a "re-haul" of the springs, etc. At the time we allowed him to do the work since he was already there and we had already purchased the Big Deal but afterwards researched and the price was much higher than other companies would have charged. Very punctual and quality of work was great but just a bit overpriced.
