Description of Work: Serviceman was very professional and informative, but didn't want to replace the rollers. The garage door opener had come off the rollers and he couldn't get to all the parts without us moving all the storage we had along the door tracks. He put it back on track and said save your money for a new garage door.

Description of Work: We had trouble with the garage door closing and this was the 3rd visit from Precision to fix it. It was the same technician who came out last time and he remembered what he did to repair it. It was an old opening system we had and he told us the repair might not last. That repair lasted just over a year. We knew next time it would probably have to be replaced. The advice he gave us was good, he gave us price options for the replacement and he put the new opener on in just under an hour. The new system is much quieter and glides down so easily compared to the old system. They came out promptly when we called and they left the work area very neat and tidy. We would recommend Precision Garage Doors to others and we will certainly use them in the future.
