Description of Work: I paid for a Deal through Angie's list to have my garage door "tuned up" with new rollers, etc. During the tune-up, it was suggested the tension springs be replaced. We authorized the additional work, all additional parts were on the truck. The technician was clean, polite, and professional. I also purchased a remote control, and he programmed it and also programmed my HomeLink transmitted built into my vehicle so I didn't have to fumble around doing it myself. I will definitely call Precision for any further work.

Description of Work: Installed a Triple Touch Bottom seal double door at a bargain cost of $89.00 and recommended the replacement of ten rollers,two 4" pulleys and fourteen foot of extension cable and explained the three year warranty. The door is now properly sealed and operates much quieter. Since we did not obtain another bid, we are unsure about the total cost of $348.00 but were very impressed with the overall quality of the work performed.

Description of Work: Getting an appt. was fast and easy. I purchased the roller replacement on Angie's List. Since my garage doors were 9 years old and never been serviced, I did anticipate other repairs would be needed, especially since the doors made all kinds of banging and squeaking noises when they were raised or lowered. Technician was fabulous and inspected the doors thoroughly and made his recommendations and explained everything very well. Thought the price seemed a little high, but honestly I have nothing to compare it to (we have a single door and a double garage door) and I am extremely pleased with the results. I think just about every moving part, other than the doors themselves, were replaced. Technician was here for approx. 2 1/2 to 3 hours. The doors are nice and quiet now. The warranty provided with the work is 5 years, so that's good, too.
